  "Great visit to Stratford. Good to be able to park in centre and walk to shops, canal and theatre. " (107829704)

  Good value b and b close to centre of Stratford. Friendly staff and breakfast was good. Clean, basic and good value for money

  B and B on busy road. Noisy road at night, but had windows open as room was hot. Traffic noise less apparent when windows closed.

  Nice comfortable room, good breakfast, ideally situated with free car parking, coffee and tea making facilities. No hassle!!

  The lady who works in this B&B is never smalie to customers. Gave me burnt toasts for 2 days breakfast, unprofessional service. Uncleanliness in the room where I was staying, dusty kettle, teacup, and table. Cobwebs in the room. etc...

  Room was very spacious and clean. Friendly welcome and host was happy to help with any enquries.. location was perfect to see the town.

  The selection for breakfast was great but it was just a bit over cooked.

  Proximity to town centre. Homely . Friendly staff. Very spacious family accommodation. Offered vegetarian hot breakfast.

  The very spacious family accommodation was located on the 2nd floor up some very steep flights of stairs, difficult for young children to negotiate.

  Very comfottable and pleasant stay. Particularly liked the plain decor of bedroom with no fussy prints. Pleased that though the guest house was on a busy road, the sound insulation was good. Breakfast was just right.

  "Aside from the points raised the stay was OK and I would probably use the hotel again, if I went to Stratford in the future." (107233550)

  Central to Stratford, good parking and close(ish) to the Theatre

  Staff almost non-existant, I was staying with my mother and as we had to leave early the next morning we asked about breakfast. We were told breakfast was served at 8:15am which was too late. The hotel offered us cereal which was acceptable. However, the cereal and milk were left out the previous night so were warm, also there was no juice or even extra Tea or Coffee so we could have a drink with breakfast. The dining area was in darkness and there were no ligh switches so we ended up sharing one sachet of coffee and cereal sat on our bed. Not exactly confortable. The room was OK, however there was no plug to plug the kettle that wasn't floor level so you had to be careful moving past it not to burn yourself. The cleanliness of the room was OK but the towels were a little thin and hard and there were cobwebs in the bathroom. The heating was also a little high.

  Good fairly basic room and large bathroom/comfortable bed, and good, varied choice breakfast. Very handy walk to the town centre and theatre/river/ Good car parking space

  When booking some confusion as first one came up with no rooms available, then booked this hotel which was confirmed OK, and also the first one then came through as confirmed.........necessitating a phone call to cancell the first booking.

  Very clean and fairly spacious room, very friendly staff and ample full English breakfast.

  The room and the bathroom both smelled very strongly of paint and the busy traffic in the road made it impossible for us to sleep with the windows open.

  Decor and furniture very dated and in places could have done with refurbishing or replacing. As the windows were open traffic noise was evident.
