  "All facilities inc staff very good" (108577618)

  clean, fresh, modern warm.

  The Lift from the Car Park to Reception then on to the bedrooms. I can understand why its been setup this way but its not user friendly, tedious getting from bedroom to carpark & vice versa. Would only stay her again if no other cost effective option due to the messing about with, and time spent using the lifts

  "Really comfortable oveernight stay - for £50 with breakfast included - I can't think of a better quality hotel for the money. Competes with some I've stayed at which cost 3 times as much." (107511695)

  Great hotel - excellent value for money

  This is being really picky - but it would have been great if there had been a bath as well as a shower.

  good service and very clean. rooms cleaned very well, reception staff good and helpful.

  no room service!!! i can't stay in a hotel where there is no room service to order food. i mean a person can get hungry anytime so unfortunately i wont be staying in this hotel again. not enough choice in breakfast.

  i didnt realise when i booked the hotel that the moneywasnt taken out straight away so was upset that upon arrival i had to front up £63 then i aslo went overdrawn as the holding deposit of £90 was accounted to my account!(i was charged £25 by my bank due to this for which im very annoyed)..i dont understand why i had to front up the holding deposit when i paid for the room on arrival! surley that should be taken when the room is initially booked?

  Convenient Location, clean & tidy hotel

  Booking process poor - didnt take payment from credit card prior to arrival as requested, then gave me an incorrect bill and deducted money from my credit card for balance without informing me that a mistake had been made

  Excellently placed for the NIA. Continental breakfast was good. Staff very helpful. No food service in the hotel but really good value pub next door, for both drinks and food .

  Hotel room price a bit expensive for the facilities provided.High charge for WiFi.Mattress not as comfortable as it might be. Pillows too high and hard (but no different to most hotels so I take my own!) Hotel could do with a bar meal service.

  Great city centre location, easy walk from the train station and main shopping area. Also good restaurants/bars nearby. Good size simple and clean rooms and pleasant staff. Hairdryer and lots of mirrors in the room. Breakfast was included in the price and very nice; fruit, breads, cereals etc.

  Sounds silly, but the towels were so small, literally a hand towel size only. We asked for bigger towels from recpetion but were told it was corporate policy. Shame, as this was the only fault i could find.
