Very friendly, helpful staff on helpdesk. Good parking facilities.
The bin in our room had rubbish in it (from the previous guest?) and the toilet bowl had faeces stuck to the side of it (again, from previous guest?), which made us think that it hadnt been cleaned properly....

Reception staff were friendly, hotel was clean.
Breakfast service was very poor and very regimented. Room was tiny and bathroom was the size of a cupboard.

Clean and tidy rooms Good shower - lots of hot water Friendly staff Great location for beach and nightlife etc
It would have been nice for breakfast to be served a little later than 9.30 for a weekend.

Staff were polite and helpful.
Had to move room as TV didn't work. New room not as good as the first, curtains hanging off rail, paint chipped on ceiling, heated towel rail not working.

Staff were all very polite and friendly.
Breakfast only serves until 9.30am, even on sundays.

Room was pleasant and clean
Short circuit (apparently) in the fire alarm causing it to go off for 20 minutes @ 6-40 on Sunday morning. Having to wait for 15 minutes to find somebody to pay on leaving.

YHotel was very clean and tidy and the staff helpful. Car parking very handy for town center just a short walk to wake us up after sitting in the car for two hours!

Check in was straight forward and quick, staff were friendly, breakfast was also nice.
The bathroom wasn't very clean, it had a previous guests hair all in the bath and all over the wall, also the room could do with decorating, the ceiling looked like it had a massive damp patch on it.
