excellent working formula put together by a very hospitable host. The owner could teach some other hotel owners a thing or two. Very easy access from euro tunnel and a good base for visiting the surrounding area

Excellent formula of hospitality which excelled in all areas,the owner could teach other hotel owners how to give guests what they want in such an informal yet generous way.Meals first rate, nothing seemed too much trouble, very friendly helpful hosts.Will recommend to all our friends and family.

Charming, friendly and helpful owners; comfortable room and bed; bath with plenty of hot water; excellent home-cooked,locally-sourced food; quiet location; close to Eurotunnel.

Excellent friendly welcome. Fantastic room and en suite facilities. All needs catered for in a relaxed homely way - much appreciated after a day's travelling in the car!

Small family run hotel with all the friendliness of a family concern. They were very sociable and could not do enough for us. It is only 20 minutes from Calais port, so it was ideal for the following day's ferry home. We will definately go there again.

Everything was really good and a lesson to hotel owners everywhere as to how to run a good hotel. Very near Calais so ideal for short trips over the Channel for shopping / breaks or for longer if wished.
