  schönes und sauberes hotel - preis - leistung sehr gut

  rezeption war auch nach mehrmaliger nachfrage nicht in der lage - oder gewillt - einen 100 kronen schein in kleingeld für die parkuhr zu wechseln, keine hotel eigenen parkplätze

  the room was very nice, also the bathroom. hotel is either new or recently renovated. breakfast was also good (swedish buffet)

  in the first night there was a problem with the heat and hot water. it was solved in a few hours. the other problem was with the internet. due to a temporary problem it worked only at the first level (restaurant & lobby). i think this problem wasn't solved that qick because it happend in the weekend.

  Very new facilities, clean, cute interior design

  The double bed is two single beds pushed together and it's not very comfortable for couple, the wireless internet doesn't work in your room (on the 5th Fl)

  The room was simply furnished but large and very tastefully decorated. We had asked for a quiet room and were given one where we didn't hear a thing. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. I wasn't expecting too much after some of the opinions I had read but was pleasantly surprised. I don't think the location should be seen as a negative because you'd never get this standard of hotel for this price closer to the city. The tram wasn't a problem at all and it let you see parts of the city you wouldn't otherwise.

  No double bed; only ever two pushed together.

  Hotel nuovo e abbastanza pulito=ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! camera ampia, colazione abbondante se mangiate sopratutto salato, insomma non aspettatevi cornetti e nutella..complessivamente lo consiglio.

  non è centrale, bisogna prendere un tra che però passa spesso. per la notte non so dire se è collegato in modo comodo perchè non sono mai rientrato dopo la mezzanotte.

  Clean, pleasantly decorated, easy access to town centre, excellent breakfast, friendly helpful staff. Rooms a good size, generally very pleasant.

  No tea- making facilities in rooms.

  large rooms, simple modern design, hotel recently completely renovated, even although not in the centre only 15minutes by tram and station is right in front of the hotel

  noise from other guests, the doors are not soundproofed, they somehow forgot about this when renovating the rooms, not too good breakfast

  very clean, large rooms with comfy beds. The shower and washroom facitilites were very clean which is important. The free breakfast was a plus as well.

  Location was not the best, far from the main city centre but we managed. Travellers who arent so daring may shy away from staying out too late as it can be a bit of a challenge to find your way home.

  hotel looked to be newly renovated; the cleaning & breakfast staff was very efficient & nice (seem to be same people doing both)

  upon arrival, we were told we were not in their system, even though i had my confirmation information from booking.com. the woman behind the desk was not friendly at all... and i'm not sure how much english she even knew. she tried to blow us off, but eventually got the manager because we would not go away... and nor would the other couple who also was not in their system. the manager was more helpful. he tried to get us to go to another hotel because they were fully booked. i explained that we already paid for internet service (we were actually in this same hotel the week prior) and he found us a room. i gave the hotel clerk my credit card and she just handed it back to me saying it did not work. i explained that i had just used it a 1/2 hour before and that it was the only form of payment i had. she just kept trying to hand it back to me saying "sorry". it was clearly obviously to us that the credit card machine was not registering b/c nothing happened at all when she ran it through. we asked for the manager once again... who unplugged the machine and then it worked... also: we had no water for over an hour (i lost track of time but of course it happened as we needed to shower to go out)... also, the rooms are in now way sound proof so you can hear everything in the hall. apparently there was a large group staying there and they were up until 12:30-1:00 am yelling in the hallways, leaving their doors open with music blasting. we had to get up at 6:30 am to catch a plane so needless to say, it was not a great experience.

  Location is very nice. Train stops almost right in front of the Hotel. Also has a nightline in the same stop. 15 minutes to city center. The breakfast is pretty nice. The hotel is recently renovated, so everything is brand new. Plasma TV in the rooms, nice design, clean decoration. Very trendy! I would definitely book in this hotel again.

  Something I experienced was that the heater in the room was not working properly and the hot water in the shower took approximately 5-10 minutes to get really hot. And also lack of minibar and internet (This is mentioned on the hotel website). But besides of this small issues, I have nothing to complain about this hotel.
