  very friendly staff- always helpful and good location. very comfortable lounge and atmosphere.

  No evening dinner availability. very basic/small TV in room

  Linda was very friendly, the hotel was lovely, very central to the town and beach, the breakfast was good too with plenty of choice. I would definatly stay there again.

  "We could not have wished for a more warm and welcoming environment in which to spend a few days. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to stay in Ayr !!" (107527300)

  Very smooth booking process (including revision of our original booking), extremely helpful proprietor and excellent facilities in the hotel.

  "Very Good, have stayed at the same hotel since, so it can't be that bad can it." (107298547)

  Good value hotel, excellent breakfast and close to centre of the Town

  Could not get the WiFi to work in the room, however Ayr has full 3G coverage on T-Mobile so worked off that, so not really a major problem.

  "lovely surroundings ,good food ,very friendly staff, clean room,by the way the bathroom was a great size we loved it all we can say is a big thank you and hope we will get the chance to come back again" (108020337)

  the hotel had one of the nicest most comfortable reception rooms we have ever come across linda was never very far away and was always very helpful indeed

  we didnt have enough time to take advantage of that lovely room in the reception area

  molto comodo e vicino all'areoporto la proprietaria una persona molto gentile ottima colazione accoglienza ottima tanto che abbiamo dormito anche la notte del rientro

  proprioter very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is central for main shopping area,cinema, theatre and restuarants.Lovely room also lounge area quiet and relaxing will definately use this hotel again.

  "I would recommend this accomodation to any body staying in Ayr, the location to the town centre was with in walking distance. The hotel was very clean and tidy and we received a big welcome on arrival. It was my partners 50th birthday and he was greated with a welcome drink and a box of chocolates. i would deffently return to this hotel." (97079831)

  it was welcomimg and very friendly, very clean.

  Nothing the location was fantastic and the staff were very helpful and friendly

  room a bit hot on arrival but managed to open window enough to cool down

  Room was decorated very well, relaxed feeling. Very comfortable.

  No proper ventilation for shower. No fan to remove steem from shower.
