Very welcoming and relaxed. Lovely clean and comfortable room. Breakfast excellent. Keys provided to come and go as we please. Good location close to centre of Ayr.
Pushed for headroom if you're tall.

The property was easy to find, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and Jackie could not have been more helpful.
I could have done with breakfast being served slightly earlier, but really had no complaints at all.

It was clean, well presented and in a good location.
The only thing i can find to fault about this hotel is that breakfast was early and on for only one hour 8-9am.

The charming and active high street is just a few blocks away with numerous restaurants, pubs and shops. We had a very early flight from nearby Prestwick Airport and the proprietors had a to-go breakfast ready for us to take along when we checked out at 6:00 in the morning. the room was very clean and spacious with all amenities. The en-suite was immaculate with toiletries provided.

It was such a modern and homely place to stay. The size of the room we had was very impressive too, with little luxuries and all the amenities we could ask for and more. The owners were very helpful and made us feel very welcome indeed. The location of this B&B was great too and very near all the places we wanted to visit. The breakfasts were enormous and absolutely delicious! Just what we needed to set us up for the day.

it was quite close to the airport and very close to the train station. Our host was very nice and no matter what time we would arrive the welcome was a homely one. I would definetely recommend this guest house Thankyou for making us feel so welcome.
