  Modern and confortable, all that a bisuness traveller might need. Plenty of secure parking.

  Evening meals need to be taken in anadjecent pub with a limited menu. Breakfasts are only continental.

  The building was new and clean. Everything in the room was in working order. The staff were friendly and very helpfull.

  "The location of this hotel suits my regular visits to Haverhill. Over the past few years I have spent a substantial number of nights at Travellodge Fourwentways which is somewhat less cost but not quite as convenient and probably a bit lower standard. I would probqably try Days Inn again but would expect all services to be working. It would be fair to say that I do not feel that I received the service advertised 0or expected. I accept that such services as internet connection are subject to unexpected problems but I would emphasise that the connection was actually available but not at the rate advertised. Iwould welcome your comments" (107262663)

  "A first rate budget hotel stay. We only required a comfortable bed as we had enjoyed the Friday night horse racing at Newmarket and only needed the room to change before going out then return to sleep. Then enjoy a breakfast and return home" (107141221)

  Clean and tidy. No frills, no fuss. Staff very good: friendly, including the cleaning staff.

  It was a hot day and night. The room was over warm. Curtains drawn during the day might have kept the room cooler.

  Breakfast was fresh and good. Room was clean and generally good.

  Room was above receptions area, so when we were asleep, noisy residents arriving back woke us up. The booking was for 2 adults, 1 child. I had to go hunting for another cup and there was not enough tea/coffee items.

  "My first stay in a Days Inn was a delightful experience. I liked the fresh spacious and welcoming reception area. The accommodation and facilities were first class. The staff were very cheerful and helpful. Thank you." (97370125)

  Bright, spacious and clean.

  The clothes hangers are wider than the depth of the wardrobe. Because I did not realise, the shoulders on the clothes were crushed against the door and back of the wardrobe. The door did not shut until I rearranged the alignment of the hangers.

  "very easy to find and hotel and room very clean and tidy. It's on the edge of an industrial estate that is still under construction, but we did not notice any noise or pollution. It has pub/restaurant next door which is very reasonably priced with good food. The continental breakfast in good value with a good selection. 15 min car journey to excelent cambridge park & ride. would stay here again" (97686912)

  I liked the price especially. The rooms were clean and tidy.

  Couldn't find a way to empty the sink in the bathroom. We ordered room service at 1am, but had to collect from reception because no staff were available to deliver.

Laura, my contact for a group booking and on arrival, was extremely efficient and helpful when booking, altering the bookings (more than once!), helping with advice on places to eat - and sending menus. She could not have been more welcoming on our arrival and played a significant part in making our stay enjoyable." (99542097)

  "We had been in a water shortage at home in Gloucester and being allowed to check in earlier than stated was brilliant. The bed was comfortable, TV shower and bathroom good. Breakfast in the morning was well laid out and fresh. No complaints at all." (97764097)

  Accomodation was modern, clean and tidy. The staff were excellent and prepared to put themselves out, in particular the duty manager. We were particularly grateful for his help in letting us check in early in exceptional circumstances. Food was also good.

  "The accommodation was clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast area was very clean and tidy although it was reasonably busy while we were in there, the tables were cleaned promptly. There was a good selection for breakfast and everything was replaced quickly. We didn't know there was a pub/restaurant so close by, so this was an advantage to us." (99169067)

  "Would have liked to have stayed longer because of the large room and public areas, never did we feel clostraphobic.The public seating is very comfortable and the parking is a bonus when you can park outside of your room when on the groundfloor." (99215329)

  The King size bed is a faboulous bonus for relaxation when one is travelling from point to point. The large shower facility is exccellent especially with the safety features.Glad to have sugarfree options in the breakfast room as my husband is diabetic. Most restaurante and hotels in UK are un sympathetic to diabetics.
