  Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise gab es keinerlei Probleme! Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer und auch das ganze Hotel sehr sauber. Besonders das fuer den Preis reichhaltige, leckere und frische Fruehstueck hat uns beeindruckt! Ein rundherum angenehmer Aufenthalt, den wir gerne wiederholen werden.

  "Typisches Autobahnhotel auf Rastplatz. Ohne Ausfahrt oder Wendemöglichkeit. Mit Auto direkt nur in Richtung Osten erreichbar. In Richtung Westen nur über Fußgängerbrücke." (2330592)

  Gute Parkmöglichkeit, freundliches Personal, 24h offen.

  Hotel auf Rastplatz, keine Autobahnausfahrt in unmittelbarer Nähe.

  "Fit for purpose for an overnight business stay" (108989593)

  Staff are always friendly and if I have needed to ask about anything they have always helped.

  Some of the rooms can be a bit smelly. The food at the services is poor, often only KFC and Burgur King have food.

  EXCELLENT value for money

  None!!! But wouldn't choose for a leisure break!

  Receptionist was kind enough to guide me via telephone from the opposite carriageway. Which was most appreciated considering I was a lone female traveller on a very very dark road

  Whole place looks tired Shower was a dribble Could have been cleaner Maybe they should spend less money on flash tvs and more on keeping facilities working

  Friendly staff, good facilities, pleasant environment

  The only bad point was that I put the hotel's postcode into my sat nav and ended up on the wrong side of the motorway!

  Good value for money.

  Parking was in the main car park some distance from the Hotel entrance. Not a problem for us, but would be for disabled visitors. The shower mechanism was very poor. Difficult to operate and when it did work, you were under the (initially) cold water. Bathroom door was difficult to shut.

  Standards as expected very high. Quality of room was brilliant with a good space for working. Continental breakfast just right - thank you.

  "It was excellent - and I like the light breakfast, as I do not wish to have a heavy or huge breakfast, which even as a business customer I think is very good value - I hope you can maintain this service - much appreciated - and also that you provide decaffeinated coffee in the rooms - thanks Mim" (108230463)

  Extra touches like the free newspaper, tissues, shower cap and tooth brush cups all add to the feeling that you are special. thank you - Mim

  I understand that your executive rooms are all for smokers - what a shame as a non-smoker and a business person I would appreciate a non-smoking executive room, but I personally have a very sensitive nose to smoke and would not be able to stay or sleep in a room which had been occupied by a smoker. I do realise that you have to cater for all clients - so I am just expressing a regret. thanks - Mim

  Quick and easy check in and convenient.

  Noisy generator or something similar outside the window which made sleeping pretty tricky. Also even though I booked 2 rooms at the same time they were both at the opposite end of the hotel.

  Made very welcome by all the staff

  When I booked the hotel (Membury) I assumed it would be adjacent to the Welcome Service Station. We were travelling from Cardiff and arrived at Membury at 10.30pm, and could not find the hotel, when we asked a member of staff we were told that it was actually on the Westbound side, so we had to negotiate the dark lanes and eventually found it. I would like to suggest that on the booking form it is made VERY clear that there is only the one hotel at Membury and it is on the Westbound carriageway. If we had realised this before we would have booked elsewhere.

  We arrived other side of motorway and had a nightmare journey to cross motorway and find hotel. We endeavoured to follow the instructs on the east side but there was a total lack of signing to the hotel as we travled over.

  "Fairly comfortable but a little more expensive on food than we would have liked. This however is not the fault of the hotel." (108400210)

  Staff were very friendly and helpful and check in easy.

  Shower did not work adequately and room was very "worn". Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been but the toilet, bath and sink were fine to use. You advertised breakfast for £3.99 but that was not the case when we went over for breakfast.

  the bt wifi was not working in my room i paid £10.00 for 24 hour use but had to go to foyer to use it. felt this was a waste of money.

  Extractor fan not working in bathroom, so very hot in bathroom when taking a a a shower and all very steamed up!

  Comfortable hotel and surprisingly quiet for a service station. No noise from motorway.
