  Really clean, good breakfast.

  The digital TV did not work, but the normal TV did. Overall, not a big deal considering how nice the place is.

  Room clean and fresh. Owner and family very helpful. Very hot weather during our stay - we were offered a move to a cooler room when one was available - very appreciated.

  Bathroom very small.

  Superb welcome and service offered, we were welcomed with a glass of bubbly and fresh strawberrys and cream. The owner and her husband could not have been more customer focused and showed fantastic customer service.

  The TV was very small and diffucult to change chanel from the bed.

  Very friendly owner, nothing was too much trouble. Recommended lovely pub and restaurant. Freshly baked breads for breakfast were superb. Room was very clean.

  not a great deal of parking although some for the size of the guest house.

  Well appointed and decorated rooms. All the facilities one could require. Excellent in room continental breakfast (full breakfast available, but we didn't require it).

  booked room via internet - received telephone call that room was not available. 2 x single rooms offered instead of 1 x twin - both in seperate buildings and breakfast served in bedrooms, so arrangements had to be made to eat together.

  Great personnel. Owners and their children were super nice and very helpful arranging for cabs, etc. Car service was extremely good too.

  Really needed your own car or cab to get anywhere. This B&B is in a residential section and not really near enough to walk to any restuarants, etc.

  Friendly and helpful staff

  The room described as spacious, in our opinion it was small, no where to put baggage, no drawer space, one hanger in small wardrobe. Ensuite was tiny. Breakfast in the room seemed a good idea, but we had dirty cups in the morning and no facilities to wash them. Private and very cosy, a whole new meaning to breakfast in bed as there was no where else to eat it.

  "When you are away from home it is so relaxing to find somewhere which feels so homely and safe. The location of Lyndricks is perfect, with free parking. The Owners are very friendly and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble to make your stay memorable. The breakfasts are excellent, the rooms spacious and well appointed with lots of little extras. We have no hesitation to recommend you stay here and we will certainly be staying here again soon!"   "We were made to feel very welcome, early check in was no problem and we were offered a room change on arrival to give better value for the family visit. Breakfast choices are good - breakfast is served in the room which worked well All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend friends and family to stay here." (97988552)

  compared to other hotels in the area it was very cheap.

  I booked a single room online only to receive a phone call from the hotel to say they didn’t have any. I got upgraded but charged an extra £5. Although the bed looked as if it had been changed since the rooms previous occupant there were hairs and crumbs in it so it obviously hadn't. The fridge in the room was a nice idea but it made a buzzing noise all night.

The owners are a very pleasant couple who are very helpful and understaing of late check ins and late working. No dining room or bar but breakfast is served as room service.   "Pleasant location with off-street parking. Friendly manager, pleasant refurbished room with ensuite bathroom. Stocked fridge with fruit juice, milk and yoghurt for breakfast.   "The outstanding thing about this hotel is the owners as they were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We had breakfast in our room which was lovely. Also in the room was a fridge. They were more than happy to supply extra coffee etc at no extra charge." (99436309)

  The staff were fantastic! They were extremely friendly and did everything they could to help us with matters even outside the hotel.

  "It was disappointing that we were not made aware that the single room (upgraded to a double room) did not have a bathroom ensuite, which for my mother at an age of 84 could have been uncomfortable with had there been other guests in the accomodation. However we were made most welcome, shown to very clean and comfortable rooms, with tea / coffee making facilities, biscuits anf fresh fruit etc." (99206802)
