  Convenient location

  Poor decorative condition, small room, TV with poor reception, staff ignored our request for extra bed in room, breakfast room infested with flies

  All I love of the hotel was the location. This hotel is really nearby Marseille station and easy to find even though it was my time to visit there. Furthermore, the room was wondoerful. Big and well-organized.

  Overall impresion was good for the hotel, however, only one thing bad is clearness.

  The hotel is situated in a good position for travelling by rail and walking into the old port

  Hotel très bien situé proche de la gare St Charles - Bon accueil

  Chambre un peu bruyante (fenetre fermant mal ou je ne suis pas doué) - boissons chaudes au petit déjeuner à améliorer (eau plus chaude et variété de thé mieux choises)

  Proche de la gare

  Le wifi fonctionnait mal; l'isolation des chambres est insuffisante (par rapport aux autres chambres et par rapport à la rue).

  "No real complaints.Overall a positive experience." (107243555)

  Friendly staff.Breakfast very good and constantly replenished.Handy for harbour and train(which was a queuing nightmare!!) and bus stations.Room very comfortable.

  Only complaint that shower could have been more up to date.

  staying in Marseille for only 24 hours the room was adequate for our needs over that period. the room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable. We have no complaints and would stay again. The staff in paricular the night staff were very helpful with information and directions. good reasonable priced secure parking nearby.

  Room not at all clean, took sheets from maids trolly and changed bed myself net curtains had mould growing on them, not at all happy

  Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Room was a great size and the bathroom was very roomy.

  "Great that it was close to St Charles train station (20min bus ride from airports). But would of liked to know that hotel is situated in a area where you can't garantee to feel safe walking home at night. Bathrooms were clean and good mirrors. Taxi service is available with hotel. Some receptionists were very friendly and helpful, while others were a bit rude. We experienced our neighbour knocking on our door and ringing to our room constantly while being in our room, even at 3AM-pretty annoying and uncomfortable. From the hotel you can take metros or train wherever you want. Go see beach (metro to Prado Beach- lovlely!)" (97848331)

  The Hotel is very handy and centrally located, close to the SNCF train station. The reception area offers a pleasant welcome with relaxed ambience. Free PC use and internet connection is also available in reception area. Bed was clean and comfortable.

  Pretty much everything else. Lifts were small and cramped, corridors upstairs were dark and dingy and the room was very poor and dirty.

  good and convenient location, and very helpful staff

  room was tired and dated, based on other 3* hotels i've stayed in, particularly the bathroom which was in need of modernisation

  "Overall rating was good. Would have liked to have better directions. Lots of work going on at the station which made the hotel hard to find. Thought it was right across the street from the train station and it turned out to be about three blocks away. Also, may have left my wife's prescription sunglasses at the hotel. If found (or not) please notify me by email. Willing to pay postage for the glasses to be sent to my home adress in U.S." (99737396)

  Nothing. The hotel was adequate and clean. Stay was overall comfortable.

  "With the right colour and furnishings (neutral and light) the hotel would really look magnificient to match the lovely stairway. The smell of cigarette smoking seems to be everywhere in the room and in the bed linens. Had to spray eau de cologne to suppress the smell. If the room is decorated with the right colour and furnishings, it would be a lovely hotel to stay in. The lift area is very narrow for a disabled person to be in the wheelchair. The disabled person will need to get out and have the wheelchair folded. No good for a disabled person who is unable to get out of the wheelchair. Very restrictive. The breakfast area is bright and welcoming." (99557818)
