  Parkplatz für Hotelgäste ist auf dem Rasthofparkplatz also immer sehr voll und gefährlich.( Diebstahl möglich )

  Good standard rooms, better than travelodge, about the same as Premier. Had internet access PC at reasonable rate, vending, free paper; and pleasant and efficient staff; and access to service station shop.

  Furnishings decor a bit dull.

  clean, comfortable bed, spacious room, clean and useful shower/bathroom with plenty of hot water. Its vedry convenient to Leicester & M1 and you can park almost at the door, friendly staff on recption

  ideally suited for leicester on M1 services jct 21.it is not far to go up to next junction ie 5mins to be able to then come off the M1 to go into leicester then its only about 20 min drive into city centre.

  Helpful staff. Room very well appointed, comfortable, excellent modern decor and a good size.

  A glitch with the hot water system prevented me having a bath.

  Basic, no bar or restaurant, woke with a stiff neck as pillows were inadequate

  The hotel was clean and was fresh smelling.

  Tv did not work :( Our room was right at the end of the hotel and it was very, very noisey as all the service station traffic was exiting on the road right outside our room :( We bought breakfast vouchers but did not use them as the food was served in the main service station, and we was not told this. We assumed it was in the hotel!

  Problem with initial room allocation dealt with promptly.

  First room allocated was not prepared and had had someone smoking in it (forbidden by legislation).

  Window didn't close properly and noise of the M1 was very loud had to jam shut. No air conditioning so room was very hot but could not open the window due to the noise.

  Very comfortable,generally quiet and a very friendly reception.

  The service area toilet zone had a fairly unpleasant smell, and the sound proofing between floors in the hotel is less than perfect.

  excellent room. good facilities. just what i required.

  when i went to check in, i was informed that there was no reservation in my name even though i had a confirmation print-out with me as proof. the receptionist did give me a room at the rate previously quoted price through online booking so not really a problem. was woke early hours of the morning due to smoke alarm going off but this was due to someone burning some toast so not really hotels fault.

  "Handy location on our journey. Dining area a bit small. This "breakfast area" is confused as it thinks it is a lounge. It is not comfortable having cereals and toast in an armchair. " (107518704)

  Internet booking, good value, room and hotel very acceptable. Fair price.

  Arrived to be told that the room we had been allocated had been filled. If there was any advantage in booking weeks before by internet, it had been lost. (as we did not know which room we had been allocated, we will never know, but it is a bit off-putting to be told that on arrival and the night receptionist was not impressed that it had been done!)Main complaint was to be woken during the night by a "low-humming" generator or similar going on for sometime. I sleep quite deep yet it woke me once, but it also awoke my wife a few times!

  We didn't partake in breakfast but I wouldn't have wanted to be eating my breakfast in the obby of the hotel. Most of the plug sockets in our room didn't work - we did report this when we left
