  "gibt es im herbst kein alternativangebot zum außenpool? es sollte irgendwelche zusätzlichen angebote außer tagungsmöglichkeiten vom hotel geben, wenn es 3 sterne hat. im park konnte man nicht spazieren gehen, wie in aussicht gestellt, weil der außenpool und damit der park nicht zugänglich waren."   Restaurant food was excellent, although sometimes difficult to understand what was going to be served down to our limited french. Plenty of options on the breakfast buffet.

  No kettle in the room, I had to ask for one and we did not always get cups replaced after old ones had been taken. Food was a bit expensive. Bacon and scrambled eggs at breakfast were not always replaced quickly. Drinks from the bar were very highly priced.

  Reception/Concierge were very helpful with recommendation and making booking for a specific restaurant in Etaples.

  Long queue for breakfast on Saturday morning. Lounge/Bar area was cold.

  Attractive hotel in very pleasant surroundings, excellent size room with very comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast offered a good selection of items.

  Rather disappointed by somewhat limited selection offered on restaurant menu, so chose to eat elsewhere.

  "A very pleasant night in a very good hotel. The room was large with a large double bed. Bathroom was good and light, seperate w.c. on suite was a bonus. We had dinner which was very good. Wine list not extensive but o.k." (97374154)

  Excellant room, pleasant surroundings to the hotel and very good meal.

  Slight problem on dinner reservation, and cocktail waiter didn't know how to make a margarita, even though it was listed on the cocktail list.

  "I've stayed at this hotel three times this year and stayed there just before last Christmas too. Over the year, the food in the restaurant has declined in quality and if they sense you're English you get a poorly translated (in English) menu that doesn't get the food quite right. (Much prefer to translate the menu ourselves) This winter, the public rooms were cold, they refused to light the fire and we were given a portable radiator to huddle around in the bar when we complained. A real shame as it was so nice a while ago. Now, I don't think it's value for money." (97575829)

  "A very enjoyable stay helped by extremely friendly and helpful staff. A very pleasantly situated hotel with easy access to the French motorway system and yet enjoying a secluded setting with well maintained gardened areas. When travelling to/from the UK this hotel would make an excellent choice for a first or last overnight stay thus ensuring that your onward journey began in a relaxed, carefree manner. Our only slight disappointment was with the dinner we had on our first night which did not quite match the high standards set by the rest of the hotel- we ate out during the rest of our stay. The prices of the food and drinks too were rather expensive....but then again this is France!!!!" (97960102)

  A well appointed ground floor room with easy access to the outside patio area-unfortunately the weather was not conducive to sitting outside. Generous sized room.

  "This was a one night stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. If I had to make any critical comment it would be about the potato accompanying the steak - they weren't 'chips' as I know them nor french fries either, a small issue and did not detract fromour visit.   "I would have liked tea/coffe making facilties in room, and perhaps a small fridge. The food in the restaurant was NOT good value for money, we were still hungry after our meal, which although it was a picture on a plate, was certainly not substancial enough for hungry people, and very expensive. which did spoil it a bit for us, as we prefer not to have to drive once settled in our hotel. Would stay at the hotel again but would eat in the town, which is beautiful and relaxing. Excellent beach, and eating facilties." (99288921)

  Lovely rustic french decor. Very good size rooms. Loved having a balcony with furniture. Will definitly stay again.

  "This was our fourth stay at Hotel du Parc and will not be our last! The peaceful surroundings and clean, comfortable and welcoming Hotel is a perfect antidote to modern life in England. Breakfast is excellent, but the only time we ate dinner in the Hotel, we were not impressed and now prefer to go out for dinner.(Maybe we were unfortunate that evening)If you like an old-fashioned, traditional and unspoilt seaside resort Hardelot Plage is for you."   Peace, quiet and relaxation. Very clean and comfortable room and friendly and welcoming staff.

  Smell from the Kitchen on our balcony. We were the nearest room to the kitchen this time. Have not experienced it before.

  The room was large, with a separate sitting area. Bed was also large and particularly comfortable.

  The only suggestion for improvement that I can think of is that a mirror above the dressing table area would have been helpful.

  "I cannot fault our stay. We booked through your website which covered all the benefits In staying with you.We would like to thank you for an enjoyable stay.   Hotel was very clean, the staff were very helpful and always smartly turned out , food was excellent and the reteraunt staff wre of a high standard in dress and manners and very obliging, bar staff were frindly and helpful, reception was always immaculate. Overall we could not fault our stay this was our second visit but we would definitely come again and recomend the Hotel to our friends. Well worth the money

  We have known the Hotel Du Parc for over 10 years and stay there regularly often just for one night - as we have a house in Hardelot and if we go to check the house - we often enjoy a night and dinner in the hotel - the accommodation is good - decent sized rooms - and bathroom and always clean

  We have always found the accommodation acceptable - clean and comfortable - it would be helpful to have teamaking facilities in the room though for an early morning cup of coffee or tea - as apart from the main restaurant there is nowhere to just enjoy a coffee or tea
