  Staff polite

  3 rooms between us. Room 109 Good Room 107 Had No lamp. Shower held up with plastic ties. No Soap Dispenser in shower. Room 111 Had melted lamp shade and No Bulb. No Box of Tissues. Ripped net curtain. No Signal to Free internet as promised. Hanging rail a bit to high for the short people.

  Comfortable bed, hot shower and clean room.

  General appearance of hotel and staff was scruffy (and you couldn't tell they were staff). The restaurant/breakfast area is a curry house in the evening and the english breakfast that we paid £7 each for was terrible - the bacon appeared to have been cooked twice and everything apart from the beans had been deep fried or was dripping in grease.

  Very nice people, they did help me when I couldn't have cash from bank.

  I couldn´t find the reception´s door. It looked like it was in the main street. I didn´t know if it was the glass one becaus it looked like an other hotel.

  Pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Room and en-suite were clean. Easy parking facilities at the back of the hotel.

  The only negative thing i could say was that it took several minutes for hot water to come through on the shower.

  The price was good and the room had a working TV

  Where do I start, the shower head was broke, there was no hot water the morning of our departure, the DVD didnt work, the room was too hot but couldnt open the window due to the dripping noise, we were directly under the water heater so nothing but a buzzing noise and eveytime you moved the bed squeaked, the quilt was dirty but was covered by a sheet, obviously so we wouldnt notice it. The room overlooked someones kitchen. I will not be staying there again.

  The first room we were allocated was dirty and unmade up. The second room at least was clean but we later found out the shower was broken. There was no hot water after 9pm in the evening. The restaurant was closed in the evening. The cooked breakfast was the worse breakfast served ever, and the sausages on the second day looked like the ones that were left uneaten on the first day. This hotel is no where near the standard of other Comfort Inns. There was nothing comfortable about it.

  The staff were unhelpful and tried to charge us for an extra room - also the restaurant at the hotel was closed but no reason was given as to why. The general feel was that the place was about to close down.

  Free internet, clean room, bath room is nice is reasonably big.

  Breakfast not included. The door lock of the room is very outdated design - easy to forget to lock the door, the lock is very inconvenient. TV picture not very clear.

  "Overall condition of the hotel was 'tired' carpets discoloured, decoration required - staff pleasant enough, but ambience lacking. As stated earlier the room was very hot on entry, but the bed was very comfortable which does help. Premier Inns are a far higher standard." (97964947)

  bed was comfy and the location was good for my work site in Leicester

  Room was boiling hot on arrival, TV never had a good reception - slightly annoying.

When I arrived there was a plackard outside which stated that I could get B and B for £45:00. I thought it was supposed to be cheaper by the internet?" (97213785)

  Staff were very helpful and polite. The room and linen were spotless.

  The light was too dim for the desk so I couldn't easily work. The price was too high especially as breakfast was not included.

  Access to a dvd player it helps reduce the boredom, cleanliness of restaurant and bar

  ordered stella from restaurant, but was given castlemaine instead, i was not given a reason for this at the time so my initial reaction was a poor bar service, when i went to the bar i could see that there was a valid reason for this which i fully accept but my initial reaction could have affected my judgment on the rest of the hotel

  The staff were friendly and helpful, it was also nice to have an authentic Indian meal in the restaurant.

  The actual room was very basic and only suitable as an overnight stop on a long journay, not recommended for a long stay.

  "AS I had a couple of races the next day at Mallory - a decent nights sleep would have been in order. People did complain about the noise but to no avail. Unfortunately I know you cannot leglislate for this but it was otherwise a very nice hotel with pleasent friendly staff I will recommend the hotel" (99205920)

  It was fine, nothing outstanding. I didn't try it but others said the restaurant was serving great food.

  The six of us had our own rooms and everyone of us said the shower was very difficult maintaining a constant temperture. It would all of a sudden get very HOT or very cold. Could become a problem with too hot of water on the skin.
