  The room was spacious and well equipped

  The large picture window did not open. I like fresh air and found the room to be very stuffy, even with the air con blasting.

  "hotel moderne trés bien situé (au coeur du réseau de communications/proximité centre ville/centre de spectacles) personnel réception et du restaurant trés aimable, professionnel et à l'écoute du client." (97742828)

  la localisation de l'hotel: proximité (de la ville, du lieu d'événement et de la gare) le personnel du restaurant (répond à l'attente du client)

  hotel qui a vieilli le vitrage laisse passer encore trop de fond sonore venant de la circulation

  The room felt very spacious with the clever use of frosted glass for the walls of the bathroom, and the clever use of space for the mini bar.

  "A very nice hotel with smart, modern rooms and reception staff that were very helpful. My only complaints are a) that emails that I sent before my arrival asking about parking were not answered (while the Crowne Plaza in Brussels did respond and answer fully) and b)when I arrived I was told that parking costs an extra 20 euros a day. c) the high cost of breakfast. (Although it is possible to find reasonable breakfast options within a few minutes walk of the hotel)" (99291435)

  The room was great and all of the reception staff were extremely helpful.

  The high cost of breakfast (not purchased because of the high cost). The high cost of parking in addition to the cost of the hotel stay.
