  "Overall, the stay was very good and I would recommend this hotel. " (108391711)

  The booking process was very simple. Checkin was very efficient and they had everything ready for us when we got there. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy and I cannot fault this hotel at all. The following morning we had a breakfast in the restaurant, which was delicious and perfectly cooked. All of the staff were very polite, courteous, helpful and efficient.

  The only negative point of our stay was that we were given a twin room rather than a double. Whether this was the hotel's mistake, the booking site or my own, I do not know. It was only a one night stay though so it was not really a serious problem.

  Excellent room, usually we have a double room with bunk bed, which is good. This time we were put in a suite which was fantastic.

  No good points

  I booked a Double room but on arrival i was given my key and on opening the room was greeted by Two single beds, the room looked like it was being used to film Heartbeat in, all the wardrobes were antique and the bathroom smelt of mould. I approached the reception who acknoledged i had booked a double but they had none left. I was disappointed and will not be staying in this hotel again......... steer clear its a very poor hotel

  Certainly would use your web site again

  Unclear about payment as you took credit card details BUT Hotel insisted that we paid them directly! You should make that a lot clearer in your messages & statements (Not small print!)

  Good location easy access to Mold

  Bar meal on first night was awful; chips as if they had been fried at least 3 times. Haddock for breakfast also disgusting

  "The hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming and even though I had booked on line they knew exactly our requirenments. Although only stayed 2 nights it exceeded my expectations." (97315973)

  A tremendously good value experience. Hotel had good facilities and the rooms were very comfortable

  "Nice enough place to stay. Good dining facilities. Good bar. Would stay again." (99113098)

  It was good to have WIFI access freely available, even though it could only be accessed from communal areas. Nice to have a choice of bath and shower.

  Rooms were quite basic and would benefit from modernisation in the future. Showers were not really powerful enough to be able to wash long hair.
