Everything about this hotel was good, from the standard of the room, the helpful and friendly staff and the excellent food.
The only possible bad point would have been the shower, which was not electric and made washing my hair a very long process.

A very nice welcome the first thing i was asked when i arrived was would i like a cup of tea, id been traveling for 13 hours,it was just what i needed.

Polite staff don't here any noise from the other rooms. Mini bar was very handy
On-suite shower room was very small. We were expecting a super king bed and it was just a king size Although the room was reasonable enough, we managed to get a view of the other 4 poster rooms and they were much nicer than ours.

The Bromley is a great place to stay with extremely friendy and helpfull staff, our room was very clean with lovely decor.Breakfast was good with a good choice. We also liked the central position being so close to shops,sea front and beach.Parking was a must for us of which there was ample.
1 very minor, we could have done with a fan in the room it was very warm.

very good location, friendly atmosphere, most guests of simular age, very comfortable rooms of a very high standard, cleaned daily, all food was freshly prepared cooked.
shower was the only thing that disappointed, it seemed to lack pressure

The proprietors were very accomodating we needed breakfast a 7am and this they provided for us.
For the 3 nights we stayed we had the same towels, even though we put them in the shower tray to be changed they just hung them up again, wasn't happy with this.

I found having a vegeterian breakfast menu, as a choice, quite considerate and shows a high standard of costumer care. With three older children, having the two rooms in the courtyard were quite ideal. Outstanding in all aspects is how I will review this hotel. " (107585744)
We were treated kindly by both Gill and Staurt who made every effort to ensure that we were having a pleasant stay.We booked the small double rooms and they were just as described," small but cosy".

Friendly, approachable owners. Allocated parking spot. Clean & tidy accommodation.
Location could be better - would imagine that street noise at busy times could be intrusive (although we were not affected due off season). Fairly grim surroundings, run down properties, etc - nothing the Bromley can do anything about.

lovely size bathroom with great roll-top bath, lovely bed and surrounding furniture. Very good location to town.
it was a good location but noise from the town was quite loud at times on an evening. The bedroom was make quite small with the four poster bed in it.

food whilst delicious a bit expensive, also only real complaint that we all had (4 guests) was the overwhelming cooking smells mostly in the hall ways but also in our room particularly at breakfast

Lovely clean room & very welcoming with fresh fruit & chocolates & coffee & tea.. Breakfast was very nice.. bed was very comfortable too.. We wasn't bothered too much from staff & found them very friendly.. Lovely fresh towels which was nice & fluffy..

They made all of their guests feel special. The hotel location is ideal for access to gift shopping and the beach and entertainment for young and old. The service and food were fantastic. The room was clean and had adequate facilities.
The toilet/shower room was a bit on the small side, but then I'm not the smallest person in the world.

The hotel was well run & clean . The staff were very friendly and polite.Breakfast o.k but sausage was a little undercooked for my liking.
The twin room was on the small side and the on suite bathroom even smaller , My father who is a rather large gentleman struggled to even turn round in the bathroom.
