  Everything was reasonable for the price, including cleanliness, except for the stated bad points.

  The hotel is in a small conjested street near the centre of a slightly tatty seaside town. There was only a bit of sea view from one of the windows where engineering work was being carried out on the beach. The worst things, however were that the room was about 15 feet from the construction site of the adjoining building (no need for an alarm clock)and the fact that the people in the room above were constantly walking in hard shoes and dragging chairs across the hard floor until the early hours of the morning and my complaint made not the slightest difference.

  "The hotel was only 20 minutes from Lisbon airport (disregarding traffic), yet away from the city and the usual Coast resorts west of Lisbon. A very pleasant place." (99507467)

  Excellent location; close to beach and restaurants.Easy to find. Excellent value.

  A little noisy late at night due to being close to restaurants and bars.
