  "Eigener Hausschlüssel; nettes Personal; Frühstück=Toast, Marmelade, Käse, Obst etc...; Zimmer recht hübsch, etwas altmodisch; Föhn, Bügelbrett u. -eisen, Seife etc, TV, eigenes Telefon vorhanden; tropfender Duschkopf, Bad hat übliche Nutzungsspuren, aber sauber; doppelte Fenster gegen den Verkehrslärm reichen leider trotzdem nicht ganz; Nichtraucherzimmer mit Rauchmelder; U-Bahn in 5-10Min Entfernung(zufuss); Blick auf Heizungsanlage und Strasse; Wasserkocher, Zucker, Milch, Instantkaffee und Tassen vorhanden; allgemein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, der Verkehrslärm ist ja überall in London gleich, zumindest wohl bei Hotels in dieser Preisklasse und nahe einer U-Bahnstation" (1490760)

  "Very bad experience. I have stayed in hotels/ bed and breakfast so many times in London. But this is the worst for money" (108477220)

  I think the hotel need to be checked by health executives to see whether it is fit for human stay.Very old rooms which need extensive repair. No heating and the radiator was not working. The shower if you look at the shower head, you don't feel like taking a shower.TV old one and no remote control. Morning breakfast, no one to attend regularly.

  "The hotel was ok for what we wanted which was primarily a place to sleep after a day and night in London. Quick tip: if your shower doesn't appear to have hot water, turn the dial towards the cold arrow. Ours seemed a bit backwards but was ok once you'd worked that out!" (107694373)

  The location of the hotel was good and the staff were friendly. It was also within our budget which varied greatly from person to person!

  The hotel was in need of a lick of paint and the beds were really hard. The rooms were really warm as well and took a long while to cool. Unfortunately the pub downstairs was closed which had been one of the prime selling points for picking that hotel over others closer to the tube.

  "Having stayed at numerous London Hotels, the Chelsea Lodge is excellent value for money, well run, suiting my comfort and easy access to Chelsea FC.The continental breakfast offered a good choice with a spacious dining area." (107663876)

  Excellent location to Fulham Broadway Tube station with a close proximity to Stamford Bridge where my grandson and I regularly visit.A very warm friendly young lady dealt with us, nothing was too much trouble.

  Bathroom floor tiles cracked and broken, possible hazard, shower head did not function well, if staying longer, I would have complained.

  Not far from the centre, at a walk distance from the nearest tube station (15 minutes), silence at night even if the hotel is at a crossroads and not far from Chelsea Hospital.

  Shower in very bad condition (I didn't dare to have a single shower); bad (very old) mattress. Tv not working proplerly, no remote control.

  "Manager was reasonably pleasant, other staff were indifferent. Breakfast was late on Sunday, when we were in a hurry to catch a train. Have already booked another hotel for return visit next March." (108025273)

  Breakfast was well supplied. Sheets and towels were clean enough.

  Bathroom wasn't clean, shower head was dirty. Made me worry about legionnaires disease! Room was very dusty and musty, bare wires into ceiling from central light. Felt very run down.

  "We both felt that although the room had high ceiling, and could be difficult to clean it should have been de-cobwebbed better. The general state of the room needs a good maintenance go-over, the side panel of the bath was broken, the lino on the floor was ripped and the bathroom cabinet needed repairing. However the service was very good and the tea/coffee facilities in the room were acceptable." (97397967)

  "I would have like to know that the french restaurant shut over 2 months ago. It's a bar & eatery now, which plays loud music until the early hours. The continental breakfast was toast, orange juice, coffee and yoghurt. No sign of any croissants or anything I'd describe as continental. The room, although the windows were double glazed, shut out hardly any street noise. The bed was basic, not particularly comfortable and the room was tiny for a double. The ensuite was just large enough to fit a shower and toilet and sink. All functional and clean, but not very well maintained." (97989407)

  easy to find. price was reasonable for London..

  the french restaurant no longer exists - it's a bar. And plays loud music until 2am. Our room was directly over the bar. The en-suite was extremely basic, consisting of a shower and a toilet. Clean and functional but nothing more.
