  Friendly staff. Very clean and well kept. Lovely breakfast!

  A lot of outside noise (main road etc).

  "Overall an excellent experience for someone who has spent many nights in hotels over the years. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone." (108505416)

  Very clean and tidy hotel, close to town centre. The member of staff (I assumed the owner but I might be wrong) that checked me in was very pleasant and took time to show me round. Breakfast was excellent and again staff very friendly.

  Room 8's bathroom is across a landing from the room, all others are ensuite, however I didn't find this any problem at all. As it is close to the town centre there was a bit of noise, good double glazing sorted this once the window was closed though.

  The cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in! The room (mini suite) had beautiful furniture, a super-king size bed and a large shower.Everything we needed for a romantic break to celebrate hubbys birthday! Everywhere in the hotel was spotless, the food was great and the service brilliant.The hosts were both lovely.

  The loo had to be flushed several times which was annoying at first but we got used to it! And it wasnt as close to the seafront as we had expected, but it was only a short walk.The car park is a little small and the drive up to it a bit rough, we parked over on the main road once when the park was full, and that was no problem. Nothing major or worrying , just little niggles!

  "Perfect for what we wanted over 3 night stay. Excellent value for money." (107305452)

  Owners were very friendly without being patronising. Brilliantly situated for harbour/shops/restaurants. Breakfasts were very good indeed. Our room was good size, superbly clean, well furnished, comfortable and very quiet.

  Pillows were rock hard. Parking at a premium and difficult to access.

  "On arrival we were greeted by one of the owners, who explained things about the hotel, eg: dining room and the time breakfast was available, practical things like were the iron and ironing board were kept, he also issued a free parking pass for the nearby car park if the hotel parking was full. Hotel was very clean and our room was lovely, decor and funishings were excellent, bed was very comfortable, we were in a room at the back of the Hotel, so did not get any road noise. Hotel was conveniently place just a short walk from the Harbour and Town Centre, with lots of bars and restaurants right on the doorstep, can highly recommend the Mexican restaurant just down the road from the hotel. All in all we had a lovely week, totally chilled out and would recommend this hotel to others. We do hope to come back here in the near future for a weekend break with friends." (99430409)

  The owners were lovely & went out of their way to cater for me as a vegetarian when preparing my breakfast. The location of the hotel was also excellent.

  very good small hotel with excellent location(3 minute walk to town centre).My husband and I stayed in this hotel for our wedding anniversary .We have excellent room with colour TV and tea/coffee facilities.Hotel has a private parking .

  The location of the hotel was perfect for pubs,bars & resturants.Owners very friendly.Good breakfast. Comfortable room.

  Hotel Peppers is an excellent little hotel with plenty of English character, perpect for all ages. The breakfast was plentiful, the rooms very comfortable & cosy. we felt very welcome as soon as the door was opened on arrival, we enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend a visit!! A great location.

  The bed was extremely comfortable, the hotel and rooms were lovely and clean. The breakfast was wholesome, cooked well and fast service.

  It was extremely warm and parking could be a little tricky.

  Friendly welcome. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of storage for clothing etc. Although I never had a full breakfast the portions and variety on peoples plates was generous.

  En-suite rather cramped. I was on the top floor (2nd). There is no lift and as a 70 year old I am beginning to need one.

  Everywhere was Clean and Presentable. Great Location for town. Good Italian Restaurant within a Stones Throw.

  "Overall it was an excellent stay.Less than a 5 minute walk to the centre and if you like 10 pin bowling there's one right opposite the hotel.I've stayed in lots of hotels all over the country and I must say that they do one of the best breakfasts i've had,just what you need after a night on the beer.There are lots of bars around there so you won't get bored and although there was plenty of nightlife there wasn't any troubled in the streets at all.I would definately stay there again."
