  "Absolutely nothing wrong with the room, probably worthy of an extra star rating. The location in Strasbourg could hardly be better (although a little distant from the tram network and quite a hike from the train station). The staff weren't the best at welcoming or explaining things. Still good value for money here, you can do a lot worse." (3305182135)

  Great climate control, excellent bed, fantastic location with double glazing to keep out the noise.

  The staff were a little surly and there's a slightly confusing code-entry system after midnight.

  "A stone's throw from the cathedral but without the high prices - just what we wanted! Location and value are the best seeling points fo teh cheap and cheerful hotel, though the rooms - especially the bathrooms - are a bit on the small side. Breakfast looked unexciting so we opted for a cafe in the city centre instead." (3304704190)

  "Finding the hotel was a little tricky. This is due to the fact that the Strasbourg maps are not very comprehensive. The hotel is very central (close to the cathedral), so naturally, we thought it would be easy to find, but there are many streets off the cathedral that make it confusing. Once you find the street it is very easy to find but if you are coming in by rail, directions to the hotel (not driving instructions) on the website would be helpful. In addition, bus info would also help as it is about a 20 minute walk from the rail station. All and all, a very good hotel and a very useful and good online service. I will definitely use your service again for my next trip, even when it is a standard business trip. Thank you!" (2715719)

  The hotel was in a great location with friendly staff. Our room over looked the square and it was clean and comfortable.

  It would have been nice to have a lift instead of stairs. That said, for the money it was a great deal and a nice hotel.

  The location is fantastic, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the price was a bargain. Air condidtioning was a definite plus on two sweltering days.

  Rooms are a bit on the small side, but that is the result of the historical building and price and can't really be fixed.
