Bay Lodge - B&B, Eastbourne Gästebewertungen"Das Hotel liegt am Ende der Strandpromenade, ganz nahe am Meer. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam beim Frühstücksservice. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, allerdings wurden teilweise Konserven verwendet. Mein Zimmer war sehr einfach eingerichtet, mein Bad war auf dem Gang, aber alles sehr sauber. Es ist generell ruhig im Haus, aber die Zimmerwände und -türen sind ziemlich hellhörig. Das Bett könnte mehr Liegekomfort bieten. Im Hinblick auf die Einschränkungen, die das Zimmer aufwies, war der Preis noch angemessen." (2604187)

Nice bright, clean twin bed room, at back of hotel and quiet. Parking excellent. Shower/toilet small but adequate, good towels and nice selection of shampoos etc.
Heavy on the air freshener, scent a bit unpleasant - suspect that is down to the vacuum cleaner filter.

Room looked to be newly furnished and was very nice - beds were comfy
Bathroom could maybe do with updating and shower wasn't fantastic however it was excellent value for money.

Dining room table numbers matched room numbers so no misunderstandings could arise. Bedroom clean and very comfortable, bathroom satisfactory. Hotel clean, breakfast wholesome and enjoyable. the accomodation was clean, very airy and spacious. plenty of storage space for clothing. the facilities were excellent.room for relaxing and having a quiet drink,while watching the world go by was great. it was also a non smoking hotel, which was great.
not much really, as the owners covered most areas of our stay well.

Safety is obviously important in the hotel. Instructions were clear for coming in and out. Breakfast was excellent. There are lots of steep stairs - not suitable for anyone with problems on steps." Bay Lodge - B&B, Eastbourne Gästebewertungen"We found the Hotel easily, parking our car in the back streets was not a problem. On arrival at the Hotel we were greeted and shown to our room. The Hotel interior was modern and clean, we were pleased to find that our room was also extremely clean and accommodating with all amenities. The Hotel being non smoking was an added bonus. We did feel that the breakfast times were rather early 8.30 to 9.15am especially for a Sunday and not particulary flexible, although this did not spoil our stay." (2440658)
It was easy to park our car in the street behind the Hotel. We also liked the fact that it was right opposite the beach.
