  Me and my future wife did'nt feel very welcome in your hotel.Your staff did'nt help with any of our questions and we have visited Bruge many time for a day trip.This was the first time we have stayed for the weekend and regret staying in your hotel.

  "We had a great time in Bruges and this hotel cetainly wasn't a problem. On reflection, we had a longer walk than expected to the main square and the hotel didn't really live up to its price. But it was comfortable enough and the staff were very good." (107224068)

  Staff were well-trained, friendly and efficient. The room was large but not very exciting. The breakfast area and bar were nice features.

  Not that close to the centre of things - or at least perhaps a little further away than we were lead to believe. Over-priced for the real quality of the hotel, which is more 3- than 4-star.

  hotel très propre, personnel bilingue, et l'espace detente tres bien fait, le fitness et la salle sauna, hammam, jacouzzi tres propre aussi. Le jardin est splendide

  il manque des explications pour la reservation des chambres pour savoir si la chambre donne sur le jardin ou sur les canaux, DOMMAGE!!! les explications ne sont pas claires du tout... on serai encore rester si notre chambre etait dirigee vers les canaux. COMMENT REPONDRE AUX QUESTIONS QUAND ELLES NE SONT PAS EN francais

  Excellent service and very friendly and helpful staff. Free peanuts and crackers when buying drinks.

  Standing lamp in the room did not work and shower scaused some flooding in the bathroom

  It was a very charming room, spacious and with everything one would need for a comfortable night's stay. Good mini bar and table for pre dinner drinks.

  Nothing - although I would like a room overlooking the front of the hotel next time.

  "The hotel was very disappointing. We thought we had booked a 4 star city centre hotel, but this turned out to be very over rated." (97842876)

  Hotel was in a fairly quiet location

  Room not ready at checkin time. The room decor was of a poor standard. Curtains were dirty. Wallpaper was stained and torn. Bathroom tiles were cracked and had black mould between the tiles. Carpet in room was very badly marked.

  "We were disappointed that there was not a restaurant in the bar area. We did eat in the bar area but was all microwaved food and did leave a bit to be desired. There were only two members of staff on duty who had to cook/serve food and serve behind the bar. They did cope well though to be fair. We ate out on the second night as some of our party did not like Japanese food. The breakfast was excellent" (97139059)

  Our room was a good size. We had also requested a smoking room which had opening windows which is a real bonus.

  The quiet location on one of the beautiful canals in Brugge and the beautiful patio with Japanese garden

  The hotel was in a good location and the accomodation was clean and comfortable. The garden was an added bonus.

  It was rather noisy (school next door), and it would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
