  "Very good and a central position to enjoy Bruges" (108480872)

  Overall very pleasant stay. Second time.

  You MUST fix the cable retaining bolt over parking bay#20. When the boot is opened, the end of the bolt dents the bodywork. My brand new car now has a dent which will be expensive. I notified the staff.

  "I would not consider the hotel a "4 Star" hotel but the staff was friendly and the free internet in the lobby was nice. Also, complimentary coffee and tea in the room was appreciated." (107944342)

  Location, free wi-fi in the lobby, great bakery across the street.

  carpet was not very clean when we arrived. Mentioned the next day to the front desk and they had the cleaning staff clean the areas that were dirty.

  Large Bathroom. Clean. Great location.

  Non-smoking room smelled faintly of smoke. A/C is just plain strange with three settings of 58, 68 and 78. One problem with the online reservation was no opportunity to reserve a parking space. We parked around the corner for a cheaper than the hotel rate, but it would have been nice to know that parking must be arranged in advance.

  "Not particularly good as room had not been checked and still had the smell of paint in the air. They would have been better leaving it empty for a few more days rather than rushing it to gain the revenue.I would imagine that the hotel could have been ok but from our one nights ( which to be fair isn't really long enough) experience does not rate 4 star rating. I would probably stay again to see if it was just a one off problem and to be fair to the hotel." (107959525)

  Staff very helpful. It is a nice hotel and well situated we did not stop long enough to use any facilities

  we were the first to occupy a refurbished room.The room had not been checked properly no tv, sink plug not connected, not enough towels, no information about hotel in room.

  "Overall the Hotel was excellent and we had a great time Bruges is such a small city everywhere is very near, the more expensive bars and restaurants are in the Market Square so if you look down the little side streets and alley ways you can find quaint local food and drink cheaper. Interesting things to see and do, boat trips down the canals, pony and cart ride round town, excellent local beers, wonderful chocolates and very friendly people. Some great museums and churches to see too." (107452077)

  Very central location excellant for shops, restaurants etc. Very helpful friendly staff, lovely rooms didnt eat there though. Had a wonderful time in Bruges highly recommend this hotel and Bruges to everyone.

  Not bad points really, just check out the parking rates at the Hotel charges Euros 17 for 24hours but if you are not quite staying the whole 24 hours then you can get parking cheaper at the Ibis Hotel car park next door Euros 8.70 for 12-24 hours. Also you can get breakfast cheaper outside the hotel.

  "The City of Brugge is beautiful - Careful in the resturants, which we found to be quite expensive and not good value. Watch out for the offer of Garlic bread at c7.00 Euros and a 0.50Litre of House wine at c16 Euros instead of two glasses at c8 Euros the two. These prices were not listed on the menu." (107141644)

  Nice room and convenient to the ground floor carpark via the lifts. BBC 1,2 and ITV TV Channels were available if required.

  "The room was not necessarily a 4-star room, but the hotel was in an excellent location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a good balance of quality and price in Bruges." (97592439)

  Great location, friendly staff. Reasonable price for a nice hotel in the area.

  Breakfast was not included. Wireless internet connection did not always work.

  The room was a good size, the shower was excellent and the internet access was very helpful

  it has limited french tv channels (my partner is french) the walls were rather thin. You need to have a small car to use the carpark

  "This was a good hotel ideally situated to explore Bruges on foot.We hadn't realised the parking problem until we arrived so being able to park at the hotel was a bonus.The staff were helpful and the room and the breakfast were good.   "Good hotel in nice area of Brugge very quiet, everywhere easy to get too. Parking is a bit tight if you have a large car. Also the directions to the hotel could have been better when you get there you get a really good map showing the one way street's could have done with this before arriving at hotel." (99612044)

  Very nice room had every thing we needed clean and tidy very nice stay.

  Would have like better tea and coffe making i.e. milk not dried milk.

  "That the approach roads to the hotel wwere blocked off because of road works and a long diversion was necessary. That the coffee and tea making facilities were limited. I would stay at the hotel again again but expect this to be addressed in view of the very minimal cost involved." (99892199)

  The general appearance of the hotel is fine but the rooms are quite basic but for a short stay acceptable. I am not sure I would rate this a 4 Star hotel however,having been to Asia many times where the standards are much better.

  The tea & coffee making facilities are very very limited although you can buy additional packs at the bar. Not what you expect from a 4 Star hotel though and I consider it is the little things that count.

  The hotel was extremely well located within the historical part of Brugge. All ammenities and resturants were within a short walk and the rail station only 7 - 10 minute walk.

  Insufficient coffee and tea in the room although reception staff did provide more when asked.

  "Hotel location is excellent, check in process was very good and the car park underneath is very important. The building has been re-furbished to an excellent standard and the hotel has modern facilities and was very clean. The room tariff I do feel is slightly high but their standards were very good. The restaurant does not open in the evenings and i feel this would have added to the experience if it had. Overall an excellent hotel in a very good location." (99481391)

  "Basic clinical hotel in good location near tourist centre of Bruges. Guests have to balance the location against the lack of a feel-good factor about the hotel. Rooms were clean and functional but lacking in character. Stayed in twin room, with tiny single bed. Bathroom was functional and clean. Onsite bar was also lacking in character and disappointing to find that(the expensive) drinks could not be charged back to a room. Breakfast food was fine and good value for the " (99441447)

  Location was very central, and good to have parking at a reasonable cost. Staff also very courteous. the price was very competitive.

  Room was not of the standard I would ave expected of this star rating and whilst the room was clean it did smell of cigarette smoke and the bathroom did not smell fresh
