  Excellent breakfast, single room was adequate, but WC in corridor. Room clean usual provisions.

  Wifi internet access is not free it costs 5 Euros The lady at reception spent an excessively long time on the phone rather than attend to me at reception.

  advertised as speaking english - no one could was all but impossible to check in no computer/printer at reception

  close to the station

  Localization; good bed and bathroom.

  Appearance of the entrance; a little bit noisy.

  Excellent breakfast buffet at the Neumann Restaurant next door.

  The website only allowed me to book a single room even though I needed a double room. After a long distance phone call, the staff at the hotel straightened that out. The email address on the website is incorrect and I had to make another long distance telephone call to get the correct address. Also, a school group stayed at the hotel and the kids were very rude and disruptive. They certainly didn't abide by the 10 pm quiet rule and, unfortunately, the hotel staff did nothing to make sure that they did. They might make a point of booking the teachers on the same floor as the students so that there is better control of that situation.

  It was far away from the city sightseeing. Really unconfrtable to go out to take breakfast and food.

  The bed was good

  Poor check desk (2nd floor), poor external appearance and entrance of the hotel, poor equipment.
