  clean, good bed, good breakfast, quiet, good airport transfer

  unwelcoming unfriendly reception, bad design of bath/ shower screen, booked for 2 people but equiped for 1 (eg 1 dressing gown/ slippers), very far from centre and metro station (3 trains)

  Clean and warm room that was quiet

  Front desk staff were a bit cool and not particularly welcoming. It doesn't cost anything to smile and be friendly

  "Ok, I got the one night stop-over near the airport that I needed but it was nothing special for the money" (97561414)

  Very close to Madrid airport so transfer was easy, booked return in hotel minibus, this was on time and efficient. Hotel was clean and quiet.

  Arrived on a Sunday evening so cannot comment on what it would be like other days but restaurant only had a very limited buffet, few cold meats, couple of slices of luke warm pizza. As I did not have time to start wandering the streets of Madrid looking for a decent restaurant I thought it was rather poor for a hotel of this size.

  "We waited too long for bus to take us from airport to hotel. There was only one dressing gound one pair of sleepers and one towel when there was two of us in thew room. Otherwise everything was very good modern and clean" (97779995)

  Great service, AIRPORT SHUTTLE was super efficient. We are a jazz band traveling with a very tight schedule and they did everything in their power to make our stay problem-free. They even gave us coffee and muffins at 5AM, way before breakfast time. Highly recommended if you're staying in BArajas for the night.

  Collected from airport and returned at end of stay. Clean hotel with helpful staff. Good food (choice of 2 restaurants. Reasonably well located (5-10 minute walk from metro. About 20 minutes ride into the city centre but only 5 to IFEMA.

  Clean, comfortable, friendly helpful staff, proximity to airport, availability of car park.

  Extremely tight car park, difficult to access in a large car.
