  Beach Club avaiability and staff very friendly and helpful - perhaps they could run a course for the hotel staff!

  Hotel check-in staff attitude and lack of customer care. The fact that many facilties cost extra and that these prices increased during our visit. Layout of hotel - I would not like to be staying here as a disabled guest Hotel looks as though it has been cobbled together from

  "I would have liked a room with pool view and large balcony??? - However, pool view would have done if I couldn't have both - I did request this but was advised couldn't be guaranteed - however, I have booked the same room plus the two rooms beside it for September as two elderly couples are coming with us next time - one has reduced mobility and we thought the room beside our room would be fine as there were no stairs to it."   "The location was very good. Close to activities in walking distance. Close to local restraunts. The staff was very very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers dicounts on green fees at local golf courses which can lead to substantial savings. The hotel staff is able to book tee times also. There is an available shuttle to the beach although we would have liked to see the hours extended a bit later into the evening. The hotel buffet breakfast is nice and there are some very nice restraunts in the hotel if one desires not to dine out in one of the local ones. I would have to say overall the hotel staff was very accomodating. I would certainly consider staying at this facility again in the future." (99989546)
