continental breakfast, double purpose shower/ lood door, easy parking
slow check in, broken 'put u up' bed, poor 'duvet,' furniture cover in a duvet cover, disinterested check out staff.

Clean room, excellent shower, comfy bed, great night's sleep, quiet, not at all far from York city centre.
Duvet covered ripped during the night, TV flickered a bit, room smelled of eggs for a short time (perhaps blocked shower drain?), perhaps breakfast could have been a bit better stocked.

the night receptionist was very apologetic and sincere
