Hotel was good overall , chocolates and water in the rtoom!!
Paying to go in the Jasuzzi, Food in the hotel very costly. Make sure if Tax is included, had to pay an extra 20% was not expecting at all !!

We arrived about 10am and the room was ready which meant we didnt have to wait til a 2pm check in. Room was excellent as upgraded to Grand Suite. Excellent location to view local sights. Pleasant atmosphere. Staff were courteous.

1. perfectly located 2. great house keeping, 3. brilliant touch having a complimentary water, fruit and massage. 4. the wonderful spa i loved their massages 5. great gym and helpful pool staff 4.complimentar
1. staff were unable to provide detailed information of the excursions offered then once on the excursions there was no discussion as to what was going to commence on the days activity. this left many of us wondering around and feeling somewhat lost 2. the signing of pre bills everyday was very confusing in terms of knowing what you have paid for. 3. the noise from the construction work disturbed moments of relaxation 4. pool on the first floor and not on the roof as expected

"Very good" (108154559)
Very nice hotel with conveinient location for Dubai museum and creek. On the three days there we went to breakfast early when it was clear and everything went smoothly.On the day we were late - ie 9am it was full with a short wait but the staff were very efficient and also things went smoothly.A well run breakfast area.
Pool and pool area was too small over crowded- we never used it in the end.
