Clean. Helpful staff.
Maintenance needed in room: panel fell off sink unit and fell onto my daughter. Extractor fan in bathroom not working, so condensation issue. Some light bulbs dead.Staff forgot to deliver our breakfasts until we rang up.Too few tea bags and long life milks provided.

Ease of booking and check in. Size of room. Free internet access. Comfy bed.
Getting copy of internet access code took time. Reception should provide information on nearby restaurants. An iron and ironing board would be useful.

Large rooms - plenty of space.
My room was rather cold on arrival as window had been left wide open, but it soon warmed up when I put the heater on. The other room we booked, my friends had to ask for another set of towels as they didn't feel the ones supplied were clean.
