  "Fantastic was much better than anticipated, friends had used the hotel 2 years ago and told us to expect it to be old fashioned and basic, but the re-furbishment has been done brilliantly and we really enjoyed our stay." (107635345)

  Excellent value for money. Rooms clean and obviously recently refurbished. Spotlessly clean and cleaned and towel change everyday. Though they spoke little english staff were helpful and friendly. Location was great only a short walkto the centre of town and very close to the train station which provided quick and easy access into madrid.

  Only bad point was air conditioning in our room was broken (dripping water) and despite reporting it nothing was done. Air conditioning was a must as the windows in the room look out onto a covered corridor, not the street, so were like mini saunas without the air-con
