Vierschare, Damme commentarios"Very agreeable with some exceptional cuisine. Quiet convenient place for visiting Brugges, Damme and the coast. Please note that location needs correcting on the website - it is in the commune of Damme but in the village of Oostkerke 5 km north of Damme itself." (107218892)
Staff helpful and mostly cheerful, bedroom design very attractive, large firm bed, excellent buffet breakfast, food at dinner very good (at a price), easy parking, quiet.
Awkward stairs, no cheaper options on menu.

"Overall we would be more than happy to stay here again. If you have a car it makes a very good alternative to staying in Brugge. Make sure you also visit Damme (about 5 mins drive away on the way to Brugge) - it's a picturesque small town with a number of restaurants." (107643868)
Tastfully furnished, helpful staff, filling buffet breakfast, great village setting overlooking the ancient church.
Heating seemed to go off overnight so it got a bit chilly. Staff had stripped bed sheets and removed towels whilst we were having breakfast - gave a perception that they wanted us to check-out as soon as possible (probably not intended)
