cerca del aeropuerto, buen servicio shuttle, el chofer muy amable y atento.
Recepción pequeña, no hay sala para desayunar, antes de ver la habitacion te hacen pagar diciendo que la habitacion es amplia para desayunar en ella y no es cierto. El desayuno muy caro para lo que te ofrecen. La ducha es la más pequeña en la que me he duchado nunca (Hab.118, es de 0,40cm.de ancho, pegado al water, y para mojarte la cabeza hay que hacer verdaderos esfuerzos.

En la pagina de internet no aparece para reservar con hijos y pienso que los ninos menores como mi hijo de 3 anos no debe pagar mas por estar en habitacion con sus padres.

Heathrow Lodge, Colnbrook commentarios"Hice una reseva para tres noches y estuve en tres habitaciones diferentes. La primera noche no habia luz en la habitacion y tuve que sacar todo mi equipaje a oscuras (nadie encontro una linterna), la segunda me dijeron que me volviera a mudar a otra habitacion que se ajustaba a la tarifa de la reserva y la tercera habitacion tenia el baño (que nadie me habia indicado donde estaba) en otra parte del edificio. Bajo mi punto de vista, peor imposible." (97492775)
No hubo nada positivo.
El (muy deficiente) trato al cliente.

Heathrow Lodge, Colnbrook commentarios"El hotel es algo normalito, lo justo para cuando se necesita dormir en alguna parte cuando se tiene que hacer una escala al dia siguiente. Las habitaciones tienen televisión pero los baños son compartidos. Tuve dificultad en llegar al hotel desde heathrow, pues no existen indicaciones algunas sobre el autobus que hay que coger. Hay que coger el U3 que te deja cerca mas o menos (preguntar al conductor) y despues coger el 81 que ya e deja en la puerta. Para ir desde el hotel al aeropuerto, el hotel pone una furgoneta que viene puntual y te deja en la puerta de la terminal sin problemas." (97008919)

Deberian tener en cuenta de que posiblemente haya gente que opine que si ustedes recomiendan en su pagina web este tipo de hoteles son tan culpables como ellos de un mal servicio. Su recomendacion en la web no era correcta, ni siquiera la foto esta actualizada." (97396234)
La unica experiencia positiva es que necesitaba que el taxi fuera puntual a la hora de recogerme y asi lo hizo.
limpieza habitaciones,humedad, habilitarlas para q no se oigan ruidos, desayuno (panes y dos zumos no es igual que desayuno continental)

Un magnífico servicio de traslado al aeropuerto de Heathrow
La escalera de acceso a la primera planta es muy estrecha, y algo de pintura no vendría nada mal. Por lo demás, bastante bien

when I did get to the hotel they give me A room in another building not in the main, and the room it was so bad and I dont think that room is any good for any guset or to rent ant all you should do it up soon befor you rent that room. I had to go back to ask for anthoer roo and I had to pat extra £ 6.00 to get another room so as I did pay £45.00 I think next time just book A better hotel for that amount and make sure is nice hotel from the start.

The free shuttle service from and to the airport was very good, we did not have to wait too long after they knew of our arrival. The noise from the airport was not intrusive, though it was only a short didtance away.
The room we had near the reception desk was particularly noisy with arrivals since there was no dividing door between the rooms on that corridor and the reception area. The bedding could have been a better quality.

Close to the airport with free shuttle bus to and from. Friendly staff. Pub and McDonalds near by.
No supermarket/store near by - only a garage that does not stock a lot and where prices are high. Planes can be noisy flying overhead but stop at night and cease to be a problem.

Close to airport, good price, walking distance to local pub, quiet, free airport shuttle.
The website said that the room with a shared bathroom had a washbasin in the room, but it did not. The mattress was in poor condition--the springs were almost exposed. We were a couple but there was only one towel provided.

Great staff.....very accomodating, allowing me to check in for a small price much earlier than usual....comfortable bed/room....breakfast basket was very good...nearby restaurant was excellent....convenient location at great price....free airport pickup and dropoff was very good...can't say enough good things about the experience
wifi range could be better to accomodate rooms

Brilliant check-in and got into room early after phoning first.
Filtyhy carpet, TV did not hold picture on more than one channel due to poor aerial (lying on table) and no remote.

The location close to terminal five. A clean warm room which was sufficient for an overnight stay. The sink, tv and tea making facilities in the room were also appreciated.
There was no lamp in the room, only the very bright overhead light. The door did not look secure when locked as it was a poor fit for the frame and this seemed common across the building. The free shuttle service driver was impatient and a little too brisk for my liking. Equally whilst the free service was great i wasn't told how long it would take to reach the airport, and as a result i very nearly missed my flight. The wifi only worked in the main building. Originally the booking was for ony £30 but adding a £10 rebooking fee, wifi and breakfast pushed it to closer to £50.

Mattresses ok for average sized, healthy people, but not for large people or bad backs.

Quick and friendly service, clean facilities, free airport shuttle. Free bus to Heatrow airport Terminal 5 stops just down the road, providing a direct connection to the London Underground.
Strong cigarette odour in the room, TV not working, no lightbulb in the bedside lamp.

We found everything clean and efficient and would certainly stay there again. We asked for an extra pillow - no problems. Bed was clean and comfortable.
A few hiccups in being collected by the shuttle, but we got there in the end.

Friendly helpful staff all smiling and ready to give help, great breakfast that I could choose and not just have it dumped in front of me. Good evening meal in Pub reccomended by hotel staff which also had friendly, smiley staff.
Wonderful, easy to work and get the right temperature shower, but a tad leaky so barefoot to the loo till the room dried out however, was small bean problem.Only complaint was being given a choice of a smoking room and then discovering on arrival there wern't any??? I would have chosen it anyway, but it's nice to know in advance so one can prep(arm patch)for a good nights sleep.
