  "very disappointed and disgusted." (107862450)

  The room smelled like staled smoke. We were put in a double room for a family of four, when I paid for a quadruple room. Across the street from the hotel was a prostitute hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for families or even singles. The room was dirty, the showere had mildew and mold. We were not happy with the quaility. The pictures in the website was misleading. It was not near the city center too....

  "The photos on the website make the hotel look a lot more attractive than it was. The photos show a sofa as well as a bed which we didn't have. We travelled with another couple who had requested a twin room as they were 2 female friends and they had to share a double bed as the hotel were unable to provide a twin room." (99000726)

  "Hotel is very close to main shopping area but in a red light district and there was a lot of noise during evening and in to the night. Although hotel is classed as a 3 star it bears no comparison to the Novotel which has the same rating and which we have used previously. When you book a twin bedded room 8 months in advance you expect to get one. Photographs of interior of rooms are deceptive and although clean, room was very basic. Dining area for breakfast is too small to accommodate guests with only tables for 14 guests and was smaller than the bedroom." (99840492)

  Hotel was very central for main shopping area although not in a very salubrious area. Noisy outside during evening and night.

  Specifically booked twin beds as I was sharing a room with a female friend and we did not wish to share a bed. Active booked a double room with the hotel and not a twin. We were shown the Active booking on our arrival and the hotel had no twin beds available or a double room with a separate sofa bed which would have been acceptable.It was too late in the evening to find another hotel so we had no option but to stay particularly as we were asked to pay in full when we arrived and before we had seen the room.
