The room was cold and we had to move. Fire alarm went off twice.

nice friendly hotel and staff. very scenic location and good clean spacious rooms.
it said sound proof rooms but we could hear everything from next door.

Best Western Hotel Carlton, Belleek commentarios"overall enjoyable stay and would recommend to others. i would check location of room and wifi acess before arriving though. breakfast good and staff lovely was served in large room with guest close together, some background music would break the awkward silence" (107265293)
Good value for money majority of staff very friendly good food in bar and at breakfast good size room and very clean good parking good location staff helpful
room had view of a brick wall!! no wifi access available in the room room very noisy - could hear every sound from room next door recepton frequently unattended during day time

Easy access to main towns in surrounding area. Relaxing break.
Lack of heat in the bedroom led to me buying a hot water bottle to keep warm at night. Not my idea of relaxation.

"The staff and roome were fine and made up for any bad points, we would stay there again." (107772122)
Staff extremely helpful and friendly, restaurant food fine and reasonably priced. Breakfast freshly cooked and served hot to table (not buffet style) good choice.
Broken glass all over the hotel car park entrance and car park. Bar area had a sticky floor and untidy tables. TV reception not too good.
