Holland Arms Hotel, Llangefni commentarios"We stayed four nights with friends in static home near Shrewsbury and decided after journing that far we carried on to Anglesey. We wished to stay longer but will definately try to return and will recommend hotel to friends." (108676013)
Locals all enjoying Sky T.V. with England winning the Ashes one would not expect less. Full English breakfast could not have been better. Staff also extremely helpful and location easy to find. Anglesey is fantastic.
My husband and I could not fault the hotel or the staff.

Good facilities for price.
Noise would have been a problem if we had wanted an early night - entertainment went on until 12.20pm. We actually enjoyed it.

We found the room very clean & tidy The staff were excellent & helpful The food was of good quality & value for money
The water pressure on the shower was very poor, the fitting of a pressure pump would help & would be an advantage & not too expensive to fit

Loud singing from downstairs kept us awake. There was a leak in the bathroom with a puddle running across the floor.

WE THOUGHT THE ROOM WAS CLEAN-BED COMFORTABLE AND PLENTY OF TEA/COFFEE AND BISCUITS AVAILABLE.THE STAFF WERE PLEASANT AND HELPFULL-BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND PLENTY OF IT-FOURTEEN OF US HAD THE SUNDAY CARVERY AND WE ALL ENJOYED IT.
THE ONLY BAD POINT WAS WE HAD A FEW COLD SHOWERS BUT I DID NOT COMPLAIN TO THE MANAGER WE JUST GOT ON WITH OUR STAY.IF I HAD COMPLAINED I'M SURE HE WOULD HAVE SORTED IT OUT SO I DO NOT WANT THIS TO GO AGAINST HIM.A FEW MORE OF US ARE COMING UP AGAIN IN AUGUST AND WE WILL BE BOOKING WITH YOU AGAIN-SO THIS SHOWS WE ENJOYED OUR STAY.

Friendly greeting from staff at breakfast. Good size twin bedded room / ensuite.
Plastic incontinence covers a big 'NO-No' as far as I am concerned!This is not a geriatric unit!!! Have never needed to use these in my Guest House in 26years! Also,take earplugs - bedrooms sit alongside the A5 - traffic most of the night at speed!!

Excellent food, easy access, quiet, nice view.
Plumbing needs updating (took 5 mins for hot water in the morning), noisy band playing on Saturday night, bed too soft.

The onsuite bedroom was spotlessly clean. Staff were very helpfull and friendly. The food was ecellent.

For an old biulding the inside had been maintained to a very good standard. The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The food was good, a varied menu and plentiful. The beds were comfortable. The room was spotless.

Room was clean and comfortable. Separate bathroom facilities which were also clean. Friendly service. Excellent breakfast. Overall good value for money. We would certainly stay there again.
Would have preferred en suite facilities but this is only a minor critisism.

Basic clean room in an old inn.
I arrived very late- later than I had expected- at 1:30am instead of 11pm as booked- and could not get an answer at the door on arrival. Had to call with my mobile.
