El cuarto de baño es muy pequeño, el desayuno es solo pan tostado y cereal y el comedor es muy pequeño para la cantidad de gente que se queda en el hotel

Room was warm and tea making facilities were available.
Carpets were filthy It was only when reservation was confirmed online did it say continental breakfast. The fridge was very noisy Black duvet cover not appropriate in a hotel.

I thought the hotel was very poor, I actually booked the wrong night, the previous night to the one I stayed so I had to pay again but more. The room I mhad was on the top floor, badly decorated, poor lighting and furniture. I would never stay at the hotel again. I have stayed at bargin hotels in London before and I have to say none have been to the poor standard as the Arriva.

Convenient for the venue I was attending
Remote control not working on Tv meaning I had to stand on a stool (once they had brought a stool to the room) to operate it. First night was very cold

I paid £130.00 for 2 nights for me and my daughter. i think I paid the right price we only used it as a base and only slept there. we are looking at universities so will need to stay over again will book this hotel again but I would ask for the same room as it was quiet and on the top floor." The sheets,bedding,towels & bathroom were very clean. Staff were friendly & helpful. room service was good they changed our towels & made the beds
The keys are handed in when you leave anyone entering the hotel could ask for a room key we were only asked our names once. We were on the 3rd floor the hall way carpets and the carpets in our room had lots of stains on.Very small breakfast room and breakfast well it was toast. The luggage room was not locked our train was not until 8.30pm. we had been xmas shopping although the receptionist said they do not let anybody other than guests in we could not take the chance in leaving our bags so open. it cost us another £8.00 each to leave our bags @ euston.

Checkin desk personnel were helpful. Good location.
We booked 2 rooms-My children's room- -problems-tv did not work so great nor did the shower-We did mention this to the staff but it still wasn't fixed for the second night. Our tv did not work so good either. The carpet was dirty throughout the hotel-need better pillows and matresses (could feel the springs)., Breakfast- choices of food to eat are not that great and a 9:30 closing time is too early

I've stayed in this hotel before and the staff are lovely, and it's in a very convenient location. The addition of fridges in the rooms is very useful for longer stays.
The only available single room was in the basement and the window was obscured by a wall. Hence rather a depressing and gloomy place to stay, though for one night it was bearable.

It is a good option for someone that wants to stay near to train and underground stations especially for a visitor that won't spend too much time inside the room but wants to visit London. Room was adequate, typical bed & breakfast type of hotel....
Room was not 100% clean, generally small and little noisy, generally expensive for the facilities that it provides

las toallas estaban limpias y el hotel muy bien ubicado
Para empezar los recepcionistas que eran muy secos y siguiendo por las habitaciones deberian hacer una reforma los cables les tenian colgando,las cortinas estaban sucisimas,las paredes estaban muy sobadas,utilizamos un vaso y no nos lo cambiaron en 4 dias y para colmo salto la alarma de incendios a plena noche.de desayuno continental nada ponian 3 jarras una con leche fria,otra con zumo y otra con te un bol de choco crispis y otro de cornfles una bandeja cn chopped de hace una semana y queso y te llevaban una a la mesa una cesta con tostadas.la verdad esq recomendaria el hotel por la ubicacion pero para eso merece la pena seguir buscando por que el precio para las instalaciones q tienen tira a caro
