Very convenient for Gerrards Cross station. Plenty of car parking. Friendly and efficient staff. Tea/Coffee making facilities in room.
Decor a little tired.

Most staff v helpful & efficient, esp the receptionist on my first night, who went the extra mile researching transport options for me, & breakfast staff in general. Very pleasant ambience in which to stay.
1st morning breakfast table was a mess when I came down at the end of what was clearly an early morning peak & some tables were only partly laid, with utensils missing. Why do you not serve low fat spread as an alternative to butter?

Confirmation of reservation e-mail falsely stated that check-out was 7am!

Restaurant provided good service and tasty meals.
Room quite dated and worn. As a single female, surprised to be allocated a room on the ground floor adjoining the car park with windows which could not be locked. Bathroom was cramped, especially sink area: shelf overhung the sink too far. Also, no soap provided. Not good value.

Attractive room decor, powerful shower, heated towel rail
The curved shelf sticks out too far above the washbasin - it makes washing your face almost impossible without denting your forehead or spilling water all over your legs and the floor. Single room with single bed very small but only a tiny discount off the double rate.

Noisey car park at night, wheel spinning cars, etc. COld water tap was very loose and 'moved' when operated.
