Very clean, nice bed and good bathroom. Excellent breakfast.
Room smelt of damp although no visible sign of what was causing it. Mentioned the problem to the proprietor on departure and got the impression that the problem was known about. Byards Leap is close to a busy Main road which was quite noisy overnight.

Everything was good. We were made very welcome by the owners and they were willing to provide anything we required which was not necessary as everything we required was already provided. The breakfast was fantastic!!

Very close to Cranwell. Extremely friendly. Very clean and nicely decorated. Fabulous breakfasts! Owners go out of their way to give you everything they can for your stay -champagne glasses, ice and a wine cooling sleeve!
Warm at night, but fan provided. Night flights a little noisy, but I find the sound quite relaxing.

Very clean and modern feel to the rooms, decent tv. Breakfast is in the adjoining cafe, which is good.
The only bad point is that I have stayed here twice and twice they have forgotten to bring our toast at breakfast!

Excellent room for the price, very clean, friendly owners and excellent breakfast.
Being picky, it doesn't look great from outside (shoot the architect :-) but well worth venturing in. Also needs better signage because the sat nav sends you to the wrong road opposite (it's actually just to the right of the BMW garage, next to the cafe).

Only one slight complaint, although weather sunny there was a cold wind and the room was chilly. Couldn't get the heating to work.

Everything as above was excellent as was the last time we stayed there. The gentleman even made sandwiches for us on arrival as we hadn't eaten.

Great room, friendly staff, brilliant breakfast, convenient, in fact I cannot think of any bad points. Due to the nature of my occupation I stay in well known hotel chains Hyatt, Marriot and so on. Byards Leap easily matches any if not surpasses them! The major chains could learn a lesson or two from Byards Leap for e.g. they do not rip you off for the mini-bar.

Tried to please and present perfection
Very minor point as its so good............. you rap your nuckles on door jamb each time you pull the door closed when leaving. i.e door jambs are too thick and don't leave enough room for your hands around the door knob.
