Value for money, friendly staff,room and facilities very good. Ideal location for metro. Good self service breakfast-offering hot and cold choices each day.

Roma, Lisboa commentarios"I was unable to find the hotel. The front desk was not able to give me directions to their hotel from the main freeway in Lisbon (IC19). I called 4 times and the best they could do was tell me to find a map and look for the Gardens on the map and that they were near by. I drove around Lisbon for over an hour trying to find them and finally gave up since they weren't able to give me specific directions. The staff was rude and when I tried to speak with another person for directions, he was even ruder. We spent two weeks in Portugal and stayed at over 10 hotels, this was the only one that I had such a negative experience. Currently, american Express is disputing the charge from Roma Hotel. I will NEVER recommend this hotel as there are plenty of quality hotels with professional staff to pick from. The location of the hotel is not in the best location of Lisbon, either. Might be ok for the adult male traveler, but wouldn't recommend it for female traveling alone or families." (99846713)
