The staff was pleasant and helpful. I was pleased to be given access to a computer in order to print my boarding pass for a flight the next day from Heathrow. I have already mentioned your hotel to friends in Canada and a friend in England.

Friendly polite service. Good on-site parking. Room fairly spacious and warm with a fair sized desk (very important as I often have to work at night). Free Internet access is a definite plus and it's a pity that more hotels in the UK don't supply this service.
Television very small and lack of channels (there seemed to be only five or six) and one night BBC1 was on three of them.

Very friendly, well maintained and decorated, free broadband (wireless in some rooms). Good variety at breakfast.
Rooms are small - however very well designed witha good use of the limited space, particularly in the en-suite.

Our room was lovely - looked like it had just been decorated and the bathroom was very nice too. The only comment I could make is that I had difficulty in drying my hair as the mirror was not near an electric socket. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very nice people. Free Internet access in rooms.
Cooked Breakfast was a bit sparse. As the room was on the front of the property there was a Slight noise disturbance from other guests and cars on the front gravel driveway.

As the purpose of my stay was to compete in the local triathlon i had to check out at 7.30am. therefore i was unable to have any breakfast. i did discuss this on check in. No alternative was offered. The room was very clean and welcoming, although the bed was a bit too soft to get a truly good night's sleep. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay. One thing to note however, there was a radiator in the Breakfast room, but you couldn't feel it unless you were right next to it. My advice is to take a jacket when you go to eat!" (99688844)

Fair enough. We were then informed that we were only allowed one croissant each and one fruit juice. Breakfast proved to be a dry affair as no tea or coffee was available, no bread and/or toaster was available, the fruit juice was tetra pack and ambient, milk uht. We also had to settle our bill on the evening we arrived as no one was available to do the card transaction in the morning.It all rather took the gloss off the weekend." (3305447126)

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant is absolutely excellent - far higher quality then my room!

Dial House Hotel, Yateley commentarios"We wanted to have a meal in the hotel which is supposed to be renouned for its' food but only bar meals are available at weekend and there was not much choice. We entered our ground floor room from a seperate entrance at the side of the hotel, this was OK as we had good weather but we wouldn't have fancied going to breakfast in the rain (the hotel did provide an umbrella in the room presumably for this purpose)."
