  "Good,but we where both up the road to another apartment block not the Sorrento Town Suites as booked." (97593611)

  The Breakfast was served in a different location,it was very good. The room was very clean and the location good.

  Only one key available so when we seperated we had to arrange to meet up which was not always convenien.

  "We arrived at the accommodation later than expected but had not informed the hotel of our intended arrival time, therefore we were dismayed to discover the room we had booked IN FEBRUARY (as advertised on the web site and confirmed), was not available. We were put in another room overlooking the noisy main street with no kitchen facilities and unreliable air conditioning. If we had not queried this, we would have been left in this room for our entire stay. In our haste to leave the following morning I inadvertantly left shampoo (new, expensive), shower gel, sponge and face wash in the shower. When I asked about this (bearing in mind we had not left, only moved to the hotel proper), I was told there was no way I would be able to retrieve my items. I did not recover them. Two things we would have liked to have known in advance of booking this accommodation: 1. The pool had to be PAID FOR IN ADDITION to the hotel fee and was SOME WALKING DISTANCE away in another hotel. I particularly booked this accommodation for the pool facility and at no point on the web site info does it state the above facts. 2. Breakfast is down the street in 'The English Inn'. Says it all really but we were prepared to give it a go. No cereal, fruit, bread, toast on its own options. If we wanted fruit juice and coffee we had to pay for one of them. Only a poor imitation of a cooked breakfast was on offer in rather (unusually for Italian eateries), grubby surroundings with fairly surly staff. However we received a small discount when we explained to the hotel receptionist (who was lovely and very helpful), that we would not be using the breakfast 'vouchers'. On balance we would not recommend this hotel." (99703988)

  Bright, clean and well equipped with a good outlook from the small balcony. Its central position was an advantage.

  the web site information about this accomodation stated that all rooms had a balcony with table and chairs. This was not the case. Our room had a very small balcony and we could just fit the two dining chairs from our room onto it. the shower could not be used on full power without the shower tray filling to overflowing. We used the shower on less than half power in order to have a continuous shower.
