loction, location, location. beds and public areas are great.
Very poor breakfast for 13 Euros each person while can be found with in 100 meters for the same price but for 4 people. Extra 1 euro for orange juice? It is time to replace cabinets and closets - all fall apart. It is time to fix the airconditioning in the rooms – noisy and not cooling enough. It is time to replace the TV sets with LCDs

friendly, english speaking staff, very very veryyyy helpfull!!! with directions, maps, etc.
the bathroom was not so clean

The main reception was very good and effecient. Room was clean
Room was quite poor, fridge didn't work all drinks were warm and very expensive.but not good decor and badly decorated. Cleaner took no notice of do not disturb sign. Roof terrace was not a roof terrace. View was poor.

Breakfast was fine
Bathroom could be a bit better. There was a blockage in the sink, which was a nuisance

We wanted to stay near Central Station so the location was good for us. Staff were nice on reception. Lovely clean bedding and public areas were nice a clean.
Breakfast was poor. Fruit juice was more like water with an pineapple waved over it to flavour it! Notes in hotel apologising as they are upgrading but we certainly didn't see any signs of upgrades going on. Really does need a good overhaul.

l'accueil et la rapidite d'acces au centre ville via le metro
les rideaux de notre chambre etaient vraiment sales et le lit très peu comfortable
