Tres bonne situation. Petit salon café gratuit. Internet gratuit.
Un peu vieillot. La propreté pourrait etre améliorée, surtout les portes. Déjeuner décevant.

Very helpful and knowledgble reception staff. They offer free coffee, tea and juices at a lougue on ground floor 24 hours!!! very generous
Room is not airy. No hair dryer.

Great ambience, free internet, great sized room, cheerful and helpful staff
Breakfast was delicious, but a bit pricy.

Well positioned hotel. Clean rooms. Polite and helpful staff. Standard breakfast.
We had been mistakenly booked into the hotel for the wrong night. Fortunately we had our confirmation details with us. Very luckyily there was a spare room available, albeit a family room full of beds.

The hotel was centrally located, within easy walking distance of the city centre and local attractions. We particularly liked the fact that complimentary non-alcoholic drinks where available at any time in the lounge" (97322737)

Handy for the tour buses and with a range of restaurants, cafe bars etc close by. The breakfast was first rate with a variety of foods to choose from. First class accommodation." (99769171)
The location was excellent. The breakfast was first rate and value for money was very good indeed.
In the summer it may be hot and I imagine the rooms could be stuffy - there was a fan in the room but air conditioning might have been beneficial, however, this did not detract from the hotel in any way.

The modern atmosphere, the lounge and free internet use. The receptionist Christina was very helpful
No hot water at first, although this was sorted out.

After reading the reviews from past residents regarding the bar (which has now disappeared) as I like to have a drink before heading out for dinner. However after the price was too high there was nothing wrong with the decoration. The room was well kept and the staff more than helpfull." (99889301)
The central location and the ease of access to public tranport
On a bed and breakfast basis the price of the hotel was on the high side and o consider that e chose to stay towards the end of the week

Very comfortable rooms but no air-conditioning so a bit hot in the height of summer. Excellent breakfast buffet." (99908999)

Austrotel Salzburg am Mirabellplatz, Salzburg commentarios"This was a nice hotel to stay in for a short break. All Hotel staff were wonderful - excellent service. 10-15 minute walk to the old town. Good Breakfast. Perhaps there needs to be someone to work in the bar in the evening as when reception was busy there was noone to serve any drinks if you fancied one on the way in or out. Nice rooms although we found them rather hot and therefore as we were on the road side the traffic noise was rather loud at night as we had the windows open. 2 minute walk to the bus station where the tour busses run from."
