Price and locality
Hotel locked on arrival. No previous advice on how to gain entry. Reception appeared to be manned only at breakfast time to collect charges.

Einfache Buchung per Internet
Rezeption war vom Samstag 17:00 bis Sonntag 9:00 Uhr nicht besetzt. Ansprechpartner nur am Telefon. Keine Seife und kein Duschgel im Zimmer. Modriger Geruch im Zimmer.

"OK... It was nice that they gave kept the lost item as other hotels seem to not care and throw most of them away as soon as they find them...." (107638720)
I lost a pair of earings and housekeeping staff kept it for me and came back to hotel after the shift to give them back to me.
Their charging extra for child's breakfast (without having that on the info page on web...) and letting us know after letting him have it. Check-in process as others have pointed out. Having to pay with money after giving them credit card info. Complicated TV system.
