I thought for the time we were there it would have been ok but dont book this room if your after a comfortable night sleep or checking in after 9pm. " (108400919)
Breakfast of E4.95 was good value and it was close to the port of Dunkirk.
The automatic check in machine DOES NOT WORK we were left at 11pm unable to check in or gain access to reception as even though i had emailed the booking agent to tell them the access codes i received were wrong. Calls to the booking agent went on and on as the girl didnt have a clue about the check in proceedure and couldnt grasp the problem. An old broken A/C machine was left to gather dust in the room, fag burns in the sheets and blankets and on the floor. Bathroom is a joke its so small. Rooms very noisy.

Ohne vorherige Ansicht über Google Maps wären wir herumgeirrt. Es fehlt eine für Ausländer erkennbare Adressangabe mit Ort, Straße und Hausnummer. Ohne diese Angaben hilft das beste Navigationsgerät nichts. Wir mochten das Frühstück, das mit 4,80 € je Person über 6 Jahren ein gutes Angebot darstellt. Good choice as a hotel, if one wants to continue ones journey at the ferry ports. The directions for the correct access route were irritating to us. Without having consulted Google Maps beforehand, we would have had an unpleasant search. An adress with town, street, house number, that navigation units need to be supplied with is not identifiable for strangers. Good value breakfast (add 4,80 € per Person over 6 years)." (108522769)
Einfache, passabel ausgestattete, ordentliche, recht kleine Hotelzimmer mit integrierter Naßzelle/Toilette. Erinnert an Schiffskabinen. Trotz Schnellstraße in der Nähe nachts sehr ruhig. Bei Internetbuchung wurde automatisch ein Nichtraucherzimmer anvisiert. Parkplätze auf dem Hotelgelände. Anständiges Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Simple, reasonably equipped, orderly, quite small rooms with integrated toilet/shower unit. Reminded us of a ships cabin. Although there is a motorway nearby, very quiet at night. Non-smoker rooms automatically booked through the system over internet. Parking spaces on the hotel compound. Reasonable value.
Grundsätzlich sauber, aber die Putzfrau könnte auch mal einen Blick auf die Fenster werfen (tote Fliegen auf der Scheibe, Zigarettenstummel im Rahmen). Bei der Internetbuchung war während des Buchungsvorgangs nicht klar, wie man Nichtraucherräume bucht. In den Nichtraucherzimmern haben andere Gäste zuvor geraucht (vereinzelt Brandflecken, Geruch). Rauchverbot sollte streng durchgesetzt werden. Basicly clean, but the room-service could take the risk looking at the windows too (dead flies on the window-pane, cigarettes around the window-frame). Former guests evidently smoked in the non-smoker rooms (burnmarks, smell). Smoking ban should be enforced seriously. Whilst booking through the internet, it wasn't clear how one selects non-smoker rooms.

Close to Ferr. Easy to find, directly off the motorway and a nice resturant next door.
Requested ground floor room but was allocated 1st floor room on arrival, we were then re allocated a ground floor room after pointing out I was unable to climb stairs.

Upon arrival no one at reception it was after 9 tried to phone hotel number it just rang and rang. Then key would not let me return to room with all my belongings inside. Spoke to someone in the usa twice to explain my problems I was on for 40 minutes first time then 30 mins second time only to be told they could not contact anyone at hotel and they could not help me. I was in a in a country with no passport and no money , and all they could say was sorry sir we can't help you.I travel all over the world with my job and this was the worst experense I have had any where in the world.Unless you can compensate me in a appropriate way not in moneytry terms but a stay at one of your hotels for me and my family I will must certainly not be staying or booking through your service again, and will certainly not be reccomending you to my colleagues at work who travel also all over the world.I look forward to hearing from you shortly. Good location for transitting to the tunnel. Easy access and simply laid out with food close by.
Hotel was being used as a temporary police station by the French border unit. On arrival guests were cooking outside there rooms.

Good value
The hotel was very busy and as a result there were not enough tables for breakfast. We had to wait, balancing our trays, until a table became vacant and some of the items for breakfast had run out.

Clean and inexpensive.
a better description of how to reach the hotel from the autoroutes would be helpful, for example exit number, direction to turn and so on. I only found the place by luck after making mistakes in the dark. It may be easy in daylight but catering for travelers arriving later would be appropriate. The restaurant next door was not memorable.

A functional room which was adequate for the overnight stay required and also within the budget. We had to change our room which did not present a problem with the staff who were helpful.
Very poor drainage of the shower which necessitated a change of rooms. See above remarks.

Hotel was clean and adequate for a stopover.
Lack of staff at late arrival time and coping with automatic system. Lack of any food or tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Poor pillows.

Priced well. The washroom/toilet was adequate. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Clean.
Shower head didn't work great - hard to direct. No heating. Not very friendly staff in the adjacent restaurant. Only after struggling with the french menu for about 20 mins, asking questions etc did they bring us the menu in english. Also tried to over charge us on 2 separate products!
