The food was excellent the rooms beautifully presented and very clean. The staff could not do enough for us and were very friendly and helpful. They were only too happy to inform us of local attractions and facilities, places to eat and visit.

Beautifully, tastefully furnished,pristine hotel. Super-friendly owners, nothing was too much trouble. Tricia was a fountain of knowledge re best restaurants, places to visit, tram tickets etc. Breakfast was superb with a vast choice. Superb accommodation and lovely proprieters. We will definately recommend this fabulous place and we will be going back.
Not one bad point.

Very friendly and helpful owners
Shower didn't perform well. Very weak pressure and difficult to get a comfortable temperature - it was either too hot or too cold.

Great service from the minute I booked the room with a follow up e-mail & phone call. Really made us feel welcome & looked after us when we arrived. The only thing I should have asked about before we arrived, and didn't, was parking facilities, but we were at the busiest time of the year for Blackpool, I think. Convenient location to Blackpool centre.
A bit difficult to park, but we were in the height of the 'Lights' season.

The Windsor Carlton, Blackpool commentarios"Good location on North Shore with a tram stop right outside. It's close enough to walk into town, but well out of the way of the stag & hen parties. Very friendly staff. Room basic but comfortable. As a light sleeper, the only minus point for me was that the wooden-floored bedrooms made any noises coming from the room above seem very loud indeed." (3305269229)
Good location. Far away enough from town centre to be quiet but within easy walking distance.
Wooden floors in guest rooms meant that noise from other rooms late at night seemed very loud.

It was our 20th Anniversary and we took a risk - but, friendly people, good and clean accomodation - great breakfast - will definitely try to book if/when re-visiting Blackpool." (99466128)

Located at far end of North Shore it might put other people off having longish walk to the tower and pleasure beach but we didnt mind this because it is nice walk and you can always get the tram or bus if a major problem. Street parking outside was no hassle and looked easier than at other hotels where cars seemed to be blocked in." (3305073136)
Nice and friendly staff, cosy rooms, spotlessly clean bath room, nice location, fairly quiet (not much noise from other guests)
Would have liked room facing directly onto sea front but not a major problem.
