Food was good in the restuarant. Have stayed here before.
Internet access was advertised as free but unable to log on. Saw reception who said they would reset it but was still unable to log on using 3 different machines. Gave up in the end. Poor service.

Kingscliff Hotel, Clacton-on-Sea commentarios"Much better than last stay when we could not get into our room late at night.As my Husband had suffered 2 Heart Attacks & evening medication was in our room we had no intention of ever staying again. But due to having to attend a Funeral the Hotel is the most convenient. very glad to say our stay this time was without any problems & very enjoyable." (107325111)
Staff very friendly & polite. The evening meal we had was superb, also breakfast.
Seats in Dinning room were very marked, in need of a good clean

Easy to book through your company
The booking through your company did not exist. We booked a room for £50 per night, when I contacted the hotel, they said that you had mis sold the rooms, and that they only rooms they had available were £80 per night.

We found the hotel to be very comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar food were very good. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Good location and lovely views over the sea. Room and bathroom very nicely decorated and furnished. Bed exceptionally comfortable. Hotel very clean throughout. Staff very helpful and pleasant.
Was surprised that tea, coffee and orange juice were not included in the overall price of a 'Full English Breakfast', especially as breakfast wasn't included in the price of the room.

Good clean hotel. Away from the noise. Good food. Separate residents lounge. Nice large bathroom with large towels and ample toiletries. Ample supply of tea, coffee, chocolate in room.
Smallish room, smelt a bit damp when windows closed. The main negative point of this hotel, is that absolutely EVERYTHING is itemised on the bill at breakfast time.

Plenty of parking; good location; friendly staff; good food; comfortable resident's bar.
Photograph on website doesn't do anything to make you want to stay - it looks very bleak and uninviting - fortunately we read the description and ignored the picture.
