In my check-in I booked for two people that was myself and my wife it was her birthday and I supprised her with the two nights away but when I went to check in the lady at the desk said I had only booked in as one person even though I had a print out of the booking and it stated that i had booked in for two and only for we insisting we would not have got a double room then when we got our keys they were for the wrong room luckly when we went into the room there was only bags on the bed and not any people this I feel was not good enough but apart from that the stay was good and we enjoyed our birthday weekend.Would we stay again ????

Staff were very friendly and efficient. Accomodation and hotel facilities were to a high standard.
Not enough food choice for vegans. Not lots to see around the area. Belfast is not far though. However, need to use a bus, car hire or taxi. Bus fares are very reasonable.

The upgrade to a non smoking room provided accommodation which was far superior to that which was booked
The name of the suite! I had my fingers crossed on the flight home!

I thought that the rooms were of sufficient size and were very warm and welcoming, the beds were extremley comfortable.
I think that the hotel could improve the state of the bathrooms, as mine was moulding on the tiles, cracked tiles and they were ofvery small size.

Clean room, good curtains to keep light out.
Better standard, concerning items in room, as remote not working on tv, better standard of wallpapering and painting, as holes in wall above windows. center heating not working in room.

The Stormont Hotel, Holywood commentaires"The only problem I had with my stay was with my main course that I had in the LA Scala restaurant. I had the Supreme Chicken but it wasn't properly cooked, it was pink at the larger end of the chicken. But I must say that I was extremely happy with the way that this matter was dealt with. The waiting staff immediately took away the food and replaced it with a properly cooked meal. I then didn't have to pay for the main course and the further drink I had. this was a really shame because the food was extremely delicious. Thanks" (1820064)

The Stormont Hotel, Holywood commentaires"Only downside was a very curt refusal to serve drinks after the bar had closed on one evening only. (This was by a foreign sounding gentleman who seemed to be duty reception manager) This was resolved quickly with the arrival of the night porter who was very efficient and polite and quickly opened the bar for a number of thirsty residents. The overall service by the staff was courteous and efficient - the restaurant service was excellent and the quality of food was very good." (1619407)

Your hotel is wrongly described as in Holywood. It was important for us to stay in Holywood, so we were disappointed. We felt uncomfortable with one member of staff.There was a wedding party at the hotel who were very noisy until almost 5a.m.
