  "Bonne surprise sur le rapport qualité-prix. Personnel disponible et agréable. Hôtel impeccable et très bien situé, à 2 pas du centre ville." (108987192)

  Propreté impeccable. Literie très confortable. Très belle vue sur le lac, hôtel très bien situé. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié.

  Salle d'eau vieillotte mais très propre.

  "When I arrived they apologized that lake view will be available only the day after (which I didn'y pay for extra and only requested). The next day they moved me as promised and the room was great with wonderful lake view - no charge. On the last night I decided I wish to cancel and spend the night in Milano instead - They smiled, returned my money for the night and were simply wonderful. - I would certainly return to this hotel if I'm in Stresa.   Very nice staff, clean room, great location.

  The bed in the first room I got was not so comfortable (But I didn't mind. Others might mind) Although I'm sure that if I would have told the staff they would take care of it

  "I recomend this charming hotel for all kind of travelers. This time I traveled alone but I'm sure that I'll be back here sometimes also together with my grandchildren when I get some." (107278367)

  Very kind personel, the whole family! Every request and different kinds of personal wishes were responded to in a most unusually serviceminded way. You felt as if you were a very special guest at this homely hotel. The location was perfect and the view over the lake was astonishing.
